    Abstract: The disclosure provides an InDel marker genotype database of whole genome of Malus and use in specific identification of germplasm resources thereof, belonging to the technical field of molecular biology. The constructing method of the genotype database comprises: genotyping InDel markers of genomic DNA samples of Malus germplasm resources by using primer pairs and multiplex PCR; recording one line data for each Malus germplasm resource according to the genotype of InDel marker; collecting all germplasm resources records to obtain an InDel marker genotype database of the whole genome of Malus. The whole genome InDel marker genotype database of Malus provided by the disclosure can identify the specificity of apple germplasm simply, efficiently and stably, thus overcoming the limitation that DUS test is easily influenced by environment, and providing a powerful tool for the protection of new apple varieties and the management of germplasm resources.

    Abstract: An apparatus and system are described for power control transmission for multiple physical random access channel (PRACH) transmissions. The systems include repetition level ramping for the PRACH transmissions, as well as power control mechanisms for PRACH transmissions that use identical transmission (Tx) beams and that use different Tx beams. The number of repetition attempts for a PRACH transmission increases when a random access response (RAR) is not received or does not pass contention resolution for a maximum number of attempts. A PRACH transmission within one or more transmission occasions is cancelled if the power exceeds a maximum power for PRACH transmissions.

The lower leading shield has a different domain state than the upper leading shield, and the trailing shield and the upper leading shield have a same domain state. The materials and thickness of the first and second non-magnetic layers result in magnetostatic coupling or anti-ferromagnetic coupling.

    Abstract: A method of treating a surface of a reticle includes retrieving a reticle from a reticle library and transferring the reticle to a treatment device. The surface of the reticle is treated in the treatment device by irradiating the surface of the reticle UV radiation while ozone fluid is over the surface of the reticle for a predetermined irradiation time. After the treatment, the reticle is transferred to an exposure device for lithography operation to generate a photo resist pattern on a wafer. A surface of the wafer is imaged to generate an image of the photo resist pattern on the wafer. The generated image of the photo resist pattern is analyzed to determine critical dimension uniformity (CDU) of the photo resist pattern. The predetermined irradiation time is increased if the CDU does not satisfy a threshold CDU.
