Abstract: A computer obtains a word from a word list and searches for position codes corresponding to the obtained word in a file. The computer saves remaining position codes corresponding to the obtained word into the word list. The computer converts the file according to the position codes of each word in the word list between simplified Chinese and traditional Chinese, in response to a determination that all of the words in the word list have been obtained.

Abstract: In a method of error recovery when downloading data files using an application server, the application server connects to at least one terminal device and several file servers. The application server receives a file downloading request from the terminal device, finds a first file server nearest to the terminal device, and downloads the required data file from the first file server to the terminal device. The application server searches a file configuration table to find a second file server which is away from the first file server when the data file has not been successfully downloaded from the first file server, downloads the required data file from the second file server to the terminal device, and synchronizes the data file of the second file server to recovery the data file of the first file server when the data file has been successfully downloaded from the second file server.

Abstract: In a method for processing an image file using a computing device, an image file from a storage system is read. If an image in the image file is slanted, an incision coordinates according to a configuration file in the storage system and a preset formula is calculated. The method incises the image using the calculated incision coordinates and storing the incised image in a new image file. If an image in the new image file is not slanted, the method further determines whether the image has been incised. If the image has been incised, the method records the calculated incision coordinates that make the image not be slanted as optimal incision coordinates, and stores the optimal incision coordinates into a database.

Abstract: A virtual table index mechanism and a method for a multi-attribute compound condition query relate to a field of computer application technology. The virtual table index mechanism for a multi-attribute compound condition query includes: an index manager; a condition analyzer; and a pre-execution engine. The present invention forms index key values corresponding to a plurality of attributes in a virtual table. When querying, a query condition for the virtual table is calculated. Referring to a key value index, whether a mapping physical table of the virtual table should be executed is independently pre judged according to the attributes, so as to ensure that query is applied only to a virtual sub-table satisfying a corresponding key value condition. The present invention is effective for multi-attribute compound condition query, and is suitable for indexing virtual tables.

Abstract: In a method for updating data of a server, the server receives a modification operation from a client device communicating with the server. Data corresponding to the modification operation is obtained, and a database of the server for storing the obtained data is determined. The server further sends a prompt to the client device for confirming a successful modification of the obtained data, and updates the obtained data to the determined database and other databases that share the obtained data with the determined database.

Abstract: A computing device recognizes text data from an image file using an optical character recognition (OCR). The computing device processes the recognized text data using a fault-tolerant lexicon to extract key text. The computing device verifies that text data of a text file match the text data of the image file, upon the condition that the text data of the text file comprises the key text.

Abstract: In a file download method executed by a computing device, a download address for each file is generated. The addressed file is stored in a storage system connected to the computing device. In response to a download start request, an addressed file is retrieved from the storage system and transformed into a data stream. Data blocks with a specific length are read from the data stream and transmitted to the client computer. In response to a download suspend request, an offset address is recorded, and transmission of the data blocks is suspended. In response to a download resume request, data blocks of the data stream are read from the offset address and transmission of the data blocks to the client computer is resumed. In response to a download stop request, the transmission of any data block to the client computer is stopped.

Abstract: Method of processing data includes acquiring data of flow nodes of a specified flow from the electronic device, when the specified flow is executed in the electronic device. Based on the acquired data of the flow nodes, graphics data is determined. A first display area on a display device is created for displaying the graphics data. The graphics data is loaded on the first display area. Based on the graphics data, a process flow diagram is generated. The process flow diagram is displayed on the first display area.

When the database includes a data table and the data table includes the character fields corresponding to the selected character fields, the selected character fields and the character data of the selected character fields are verified. When the selected character fields and the character data of the selected character fields are valid, character data of the character fields corresponding to the selected character fields are updated using the character data of the selected character fields according to the operation request.

Abstract: A computer searches for a data list from a database and assigns data of a data field of the data list to a graphical user interface (GUI) widget in the webpage. The computer searches for a permission control list from the database and parses configuration information of the permission control list. The computer assigns the data of the one or more data fields of the data list to the configuration information of the permission control list, and amends a status of each GUI widget corresponding to the configuration information.

Abstract: A computer inserts a 3D image file into a webpage, and inserts a 3D image into the 3D image file. The computer generates a control file and associates the control file with the 3D image file. Abstract: A method for downloading files from a server. A first server receives search conditions from a user for downloading files, and determines a file list listing matching files in a second server. The first server sorts the files listed in the file list according to sorting standards input by the user, and obtains a downloading sequence of the files by arranging the sorted files according to a dynamic priority input by the user. Files are then downloaded from the second server according to the downloading sequence.

Abstract: At least two task servers connect to a database server. The database server includes a task list. A task server accesses the task list to search a task which is an earliest presenting task. When the searched task has not been executed, the task server marks the searched task with a serial number of the task. The task server records an execution start time of the searched task. When a time of executing the searched task is more than a predefined time, the task server prompts a user to deal with an error of the task server.

Abstract: In a file distribution method using a control server in connection to file servers, file categories are preset and the file servers are classified into the file categories. When a file is received, a file category of the received file is determined, and the received file is distributed to a target file server according to the determined file category. The method determines a load value of each of the file servers according to a number of files to be processed in each of the file servers. A specified file server whose load value is equal to a threshold value is determined, and an overload file server having a greatest load value is determined. The method distributes files to be processed in the overload file server to the specified file servers according to a predetermined percentage.
