    Abstract: A catheter is provided comprising localized regions of modified flexibility. The regions of modified flexibility may comprise a softened inner liner, for example softened via stretching the inner liner or disposing a plurality of holes in the inner liner, to modify the bending stiffness and/or tensile stiffness of the catheter. The catheter may further include an axially extending filament that at least partially overlaps the softened portion of the inner liner. The axially extending filament may include an anchoring section to anchor the at least one axially extending filament in a section of the catheter that includes the helical coil.

    Abstract: The disclosed techniques include a space filling device to be used with a wet bench in chemical replacement procedures. The space filling device has an overall density that is higher than the chemicals used to purge the wet bench. As such, when embedded into the wet bench, or more specifically, the chemical tank of the wet bench, the space filling device will occupy a portion of the interior volume space. As a result, less purging chemicals are used to fill and bath the wet bench.

    Abstract: A photodynamic therapy (PDT) apparatus and method are disclosed. The PDT apparatus includes a light flap that includes a plurality of light emitting devices wherein each of the light emitting devices has a plurality of operating states. The plurality of operating states are used to train a neural network model capable of producing a treatment irradiance profile. The method includes using an image of an area of interest for targeted treatment of PDT wherein the image is used an input to the trained neural network model. The neural network model produces a plurality of optimized feature states and the apparatus in turn produces a treatment irradiance profile closely matching the area of interest.

The conductive via is encapsulated with a first dielectric layer, which is planarized to expose a top surface of the conductive via. A MTJ stack is deposited on the encapsulated conductive via wherein the MTJ stack comprises at least a pinned layer, a barrier layer, and a free layer. A top electrode layer is deposited on the MTJ stack and patterned and trimmed to form a sub 30 nm hard mask. The MTJ stack is etched using the hard mask to form an MTJ device and over etched into the encapsulation layer but not into the bottom electrode wherein metal re-deposition material is formed on sidewalls of the encapsulation layer underlying the MTJ device and not on sidewalls of a barrier layer of the MTJ device.
