    Abstract: Provided are a cell strain for producing a biosimilar drug of Ustekinumab and a production method therefor. Specifically, provided is a Chinese hamster ovary cell S cell strain. The cell strain expresses a full human monoclonal antibody directed against the P40 subunit shared by human IL-12 and human IL-23. The fully human monoclonal antibody directed against the P40 subunit shared by human IL-12 and human IL-23 is a biosimilar drug of Ustekinumab, which not only exhibits high consistency with Ustekinumab in pre-clinical research, but also passes pharmacokinetic bioequivalence and safety similarity evaluation in clinical research. The biosimilar drug of Ustekinumab is the first one that has entered clinical trials in China, is the only one that has completed the I stage clinical trial, and is also one of the biosimilar drugs of Ustekinumab, which has the fastest progress in new drug application in the world.

    Abstract: Methods for reducing resistivity of metal gapfill include depositing a conformal layer in an opening of a feature and on a field of a substrate with a first thickness of the conformal layer of approximately 10 microns or less, depositing a non-conformal metal layer directly on the conformal layer at a bottom of the opening and directly on the field using an anisotropic deposition process. A second thickness of the non-conformal metal layer on the field and on the bottom of the feature is approximately 30 microns or greater. And depositing a metal gapfill material in the opening of the feature and on the field where the metal gapfill material completely fills the opening without any voids.

The invention aims at improving the drug loading rate and drug loading speed of the microspheres. Through modification, the crystallinity of polyvinyl alcohol is weakened, the swelling in water is accelerated, and the application effect of the microspheres is improved.

    Abstract: A non-road mobile machinery (NRMM) is provided and includes a fuel storage device, a fuel supply device, a vapor adsorption device, and an engine body. The vapor adsorption device is provided with an air vent communicated to the atmosphere. A vapor discharge hole of the fuel storage device is communicated to an adsorption vent of the vapor adsorption device. The NRMM also includes a valve mechanism connected between a desorption vent of the vapor adsorption device and an intake channel of the engine body. The valve mechanism is conducted with the working of the engine body and blocked with the stop of the engine body. The NRMN improves the evaporation emission performance of the NRMM when compared to the prior art and solves the problem that the evaporation emissions of the NRMM in the prior art are prone to exceed the standard.

    Abstract: An electronic device may be provided with a phased antenna array on an antenna module. The array may include low band antennas and high band antennas that radiate at frequencies greater than 10 GHz. The module may include antenna layers, transmission line layers, and ground traces that separate the antenna layers from the transmission line layers. The low band antennas and the high band antennas may have radiators patterned onto the antenna layers. The radiators may be fed by transmission lines on the transmission line layers. The antenna layers may have a dielectric permittivity that is greater than the dielectric permittivity of the transmission line layers. This may serve to reduce the lateral footprint of the low band and high band antennas, which allows the antennas to be interleaved along a common linear axis in the phased antenna array, thereby minimizing the lateral footprint of the antenna module.
