Abstract: A thermal management system includes a compressor, a first heat exchanger, a first throttling device, a second heat exchanger, a third heat exchanger, a fourth heat exchanger and an air-conditioning box. The third heat exchanger includes a first heat exchange portion for circulating a refrigerant and a second heat exchange portion for circulating a coolant. The thermal management system includes a cooling mode. In the cooling mode, an outlet of the compressor, the first heat exchange portion, the first heat exchanger, the first throttling device, the second heat exchanger and an inlet of the compressor are in communication to form a first refrigerant loop; the second heat exchange portion and the fourth heat exchanger are in communication to form a coolant loop; and the coolant in the second heat exchange portion is capable of absorbing heat of the refrigerant in the first heat exchange portion.
