    Abstract: A basic insulating plug and an electric system. The basic insulating plug includes an insulating housing, a first conductor, a first RFID tag and insulating filler. The first conductor includes a first end arranged in the insulating housing. The first RFID tag is located at an end surface of the first end or on a lateral side of the first conductor. The first RFID includes a temperature sensor configured to measure a temperature of the first conductor, an integrated circuit coupled to the temperature sensor and configured to receive a signal indicative of the temperature from the temperature sensor, and an antenna coupled to the IC and configured to transmit temperature data based on the signal and receive electric power for powering the RFID tag. The insulating filler is adapted to fix the first RFID to the first conductor by filling a void between the first conductor and an internal surface of the insulating housing.

    Abstract: The present invention belongs to the technical field of biological pharmacy, and particularly relates to a long-acting HM-3 fusion protein molecule and an application thereof. In the present invention, on the basis of the sequence of HM-3 molecule, an active polypeptide HM-3 and derivatives thereof are linked to a human Fc (IgG) fragment or a fragment of an Fc (IgG) mutant directly or by a linker peptide (Linker), thus forming a novel molecular entity. The general formula of the molecular entity is (HM-3)n-Linker-Fc(IgG), Fc(IgG)-Linker-(HM-3)n, or (HM-3)n-Linker-Fc(IgG)-Linker-(HM-3)n. The fusion protein effectively prolongs the half-life of HM-3, is low in cost and overcomes the major problem of druggability of small peptides. Therefore, the fusion protein of the present invention may serve as a potential drug for the treatment of autoimmune diseases, neovascular diseases, osteoarthritis and the like.

The augmented model can be used by an AV to classify objects in the surrounding environment of the AV. The augmented model can have a better accuracy in classifying objects in the category than the reference classification model.

    Abstract: A method for lens-free imaging of a sample or objects within the sample uses multi-height iterative phase retrieval and rotational field transformations to perform wide FOV imaging of pathology samples with clinically comparable image quality to a benchtop lens-based microscope. The solution of the transport-of-intensity (TIE) equation is used as an initial guess in the phase recovery process to speed the image recovery process. The holographically reconstructed image can be digitally focused at any depth within the object FOV (after image capture) without the need for any focus adjustment, and is also digitally corrected for artifacts arising from uncontrolled tilting and height variations between the sample and sensor planes. In an alternative embodiment, a synthetic aperture approach is used with multi-angle iterative phase retrieval to perform wide FOV imaging of pathology samples and increase the effective numerical aperture of the image.

    Abstract: A computational cytometer operates using magnetically modulated lensless speckle imaging, which introduces oscillatory motion to magnetic bead-conjugated rare cells of interest through a periodic magnetic force and uses lensless time-resolved holographic speckle imaging to rapidly detect the target cells in three-dimensions (3D). Detection specificity is further enhanced through a deep learning-based classifier that is based on a densely connected pseudo-3D convolutional neural network (P3D CNN), which automatically detects rare cells of interest based on their spatio-temporal features under a controlled magnetic force. This compact, cost-effective and high-throughput computational cytometer can be used for rare cell detection and quantification in bodily fluids for a variety of biomedical applications.
