Abstract: A computer system processes data records in a multi-tenant environment to ensure data quality. A plurality of records from a plurality of data sources are processed to provide a data quality metric for each field of the plurality of records based on record values in the field. A threshold range satisfying a specificity level of a data source is selected for each data quality metric. The data quality metric is compared to the threshold range to determine whether the data quality metric violates the threshold. A data quality report is provided for the plurality of records, wherein the data quality report indicates whether the data quality metric of each field violates the selected threshold range. Embodiments of the present invention further include a method and program product for processing data records in a multi-tenant environment to ensure data quality in substantially the same manner described above.

Abstract: A method, system and computer program product for ensuring quality in electronic health data. Data processing pipelines among different tenants are monitored for data artifacts generated from electronic health data, where a “data artifact” refers to the tangible by-products produced during the processing of the electronic health record datasets generated by the electronic health record systems as well as the datasets themselves. Out of the generated data artifacts, those data artifacts that are produced from the same stage of the data processing pipelines among the different tenants are aggregated. A set of metrics at various levels of a dataset hierarchy are produced from the aggregated data artifacts. Such metrics provide information about a quality of the electronic health data. A quality report, which may include flagged issues with the datasets, is then generated and presented to a user based on an analysis of the produced set of metrics.

Abstract: A fuel-saving self-adjusting system for a vehicle engine adapted to the actual conditions of a road, including an information center and a plurality of onboard computers respectively mounted on a plurality of vehicles. Each of the onboard computers has a vehicle controlling module for adjusting a response of the engine of each vehicle so as to reduce adverse influences of improper driving manners. An optimized standard road resistance characteristic coefficient is applied as a more reliable reference to reduce the fuel consumption of the vehicle efficiently.

The data processor processes the universal characteristic curve of the engine, the gear ratios of the gearbox, the speed reduction ratios, and the tire radius to determine a current gear and an optimum gear. The data processor outputs the optimum gear to the output module if the current gear is not the optimum gear. The system can select optimum gear in real time and lower fuel consumption.
