    Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods for a user equipment device (UE) to perform methods for enhancement of multi-SIM devices, such as UE 106. A network may increase paging retries for known MU-SIM devices, e.g., based on an indication of capabilities from a MU-SIM device. The indication may be via a NAS registration request, an RRC capability procedure, and/or an RRC UE assistance procedure. Additionally, a network may include an indication of a paging priority to the UE. The UE may then determine a response to the page based, at least in part, on the indicated priority. Further, the UE may indicate a tune-away to the network. The indication of the tune-away may include a cause and/or duration for the tune-away and may be provided at an RRC level or a network access stratum (NAS) level.

A circuit breaker on a photovoltaic side is controlled by a control element. Whether measured zero sequence impedance on the photovoltaic side of a segment line has a large variation before and after an action of power grid side distance protection is determined, the variation of the measured zero sequence impedance is inputted into the control element, in condition that the variation of the measured zero sequence impedance is less than a setting value, a tripping signal is outputted to the circuit breaker on the photovoltaic side to isolate the fault; and in condition that the variation of the measured zero sequence impedance is greater than the setting value, photovoltaic side distance protection is not started.

    Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods for improving efficiency in IMS registration and management in a wireless communication device, such as a UE. In some scenarios, the UE may, while implementing IMS services (e.g. for VoLTE) over a wireless communication link with a cellular network, determine that the wireless communication link is not performing at an acceptable level. In response, the UE may start a timer and buffer IMS SIP signaling messages while the timer is running. If the wireless communication link performance is restored to an acceptable level before expiration of the timer, the UE may transmit the buffered IMS SIP signaling messages. If the timer expires prior to restoration of the wireless communication link, the buffered messages may be cleared, and the UE may locally deregister from IMS registration and IMS PDN. In some scenarios, select IMS SIP signaling messages may be omitted or removed from the buffer.

    Abstract: A mobile device (UE) may access standalone non-public networks (SNPNs) in various different locations as equivalent SNPNs (eSNPNs) corresponding to a home SNPN of the device.
