    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a non-destructive in-situ measurement device and method based on Raman analysis. The device comprises: a laser light source that emits a laser beam; a focusing component that focuses the laser beam above a movable sample stage, with the focal plane of the focusing component positioned at an initial position. During measurement, the focal plane is controlled to move from the initial position to the surface, side, or bottom of the structure under test. The movable sample stage holds the sample to be measured and can move in a plane perpendicular and/or parallel to the optical axis. The axis of the structure under test is parallel to the optical axis and located within the laser beam's focal region. A detection module collects specific Raman scattering signals returned from the sample under test, and the structure's planar and three-dimensional parameters are determined based on the collected results.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure include a die system and a method of comparing alignment vectors. The die system includes a plurality of dies arranged in a desired pattern. An alignment vector, such as a die vector, can be determined from edge features of the die. The alignment vectors can be compared to other dies or die patterns in the same system. A method of comparing dies and die patterns includes comparing die vectors and/or pattern vectors. The comparison between alignment vectors allows for fixing the die patterns for the next round of processing. The methods provided allow accurate comparisons between as-deposited edge features, such that accurate stitching of dies can be achieved.

The raw material composition includes a thermosetting PAN-based polymer material, a lithium salt, and a modification additive; a mass ratio of the thermosetting PAN-based polymer material to the lithium salt is 20:1-3:1, and a mass ratio of the thermosetting PAN-based polymer material to the modification additive is 18:1-3:1; and the modification additive includes one of or a combination of several of a carbonate modification additive, a nitrile modification additive, and an ionic liquid modification additive. According to the present disclosure, the use of a modification additive may reduce a melting point of a PAN-based polymer and ensure that the PAN-based polymer is not thermally decomposed in a melting process, and may also improve the lithium ion conductivity of a film.

    Abstract: A load recovery method and system for a power distribution network (PDN) considering standby energy storage of 5G base stations (BSs) is disclosed, falling within the field of power systems. The method includes constructing a basic model of a 5G BS; evaluating a schedulable capacity of a standby battery of the 5G BS; modeling operation behaviors of the 5G BS at different stages after a power outage of the PDN; using a double-layer optimization model to describe the load recovery of the PDN for the 5G BS on the basis of the correlation between the operation behaviors of the 5G BS and a load recovery process in practice; and solving the double-layer optimization model to complete the load recovery of a PDN system. The problem that no research has focused on how to use the 5G BSs to enhance the resilience of PDN is solved.
