A infrared bandpass filter layer may be formed directly on the light detector die. The light detector die may have sidewalls at least partially covered by an opaque coating. The light detector die may include a highly doped backside reflection absorption layer interposed between an intrinsic absorption layer and an n-type layer within the light detector die. Opaque adhesive material may be used to mount the light detector die onto the surface of the substrate.

    Abstract: A luminal stent has a tube body and a skirt surrounding the tube body. The skirt has a flexible connecting section and a stent graft connected to a proximal end of the flexible connecting section. A distal end of the flexible connecting section is sealed and connected to the outer surface of the tube body. A proximal end of the stent graft is suspended and provided with a first radial support structure. When the flexible connecting section is radially compressed, at least a part of the first radial support structure is bent towards a direction distant from the tube body. Also provided is a stent system including the luminal stent. The stent system and the luminal stent can prevent type III endoleaks.

An alignment vector, such as a die vector, can be determined from edge features of the die. The alignment vectors can be compared to other dies or die patterns in the same system. A method of comparing dies and die patterns includes comparing die vectors and/or pattern vectors. The comparison between alignment vectors allows for fixing the die patterns for the next round of processing. The methods provided allow accurate comparisons between as-deposited edge features, such that accurate stitching of dies can be achieved.

Some of the wave crests and wave troughs of the vascular stent (100) are in the non-contact mutually-suspended connection rather than the restrained connection, so that the maximum flexibility is provided to the stent, and meanwhile, the overall stability of the stent is guaranteed. The stent (100) can maintain a good shape during both implantation and the release process, so that safety during release is ensured.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a natural movement electroencephalogram (EEG) recognition method based on source localization and a brain network, which includes the following steps: (1) performing multi-channel EEG measurement for natural movements; (2) preprocessing acquired EEG signals, and extracting the movement-related cortical potential (MRCP), and ?, ?, ?, and ? rhythms; (3) determining a lead field matrix of the signals, calculating initial solutions of sources by means of L1 regularization constraint, and then performing iteration by means of successive over-relaxation to obtain a source localization result; (4) by using the sources as nodes, calculating PLV between each pair of sources at each time point by means of short-time sliding window, and establishing brain networks; and (5) calculating a network adjacency matrix at each time point and five brain network indicators, introducing these features into a classifier for training and testing, and conducting a statistical test for the brain network indicators.

    Abstract: A wearable electronic device such as an earbud, wristwatch, or other device may be provided with a skin sensor. The skin sensor may use optical measurements to detect the presence of skin adjacent to the electronic device. The sensor may have first and second light-emitting devices such as infrared devices that emit light at respective first and second infrared light wavelengths. Reflected light is monitored by a photodetector. Control circuitry can initiate or pause audio playback or take other actions in response to determining from the reflected light measurements that skin is present. The sensor may have a thin-film interference filter or other optical structure that overlaps the first and second light-emitting devices to narrow the angular spread of light emitted from the skin sensor. This reduces tilt sensitivity and helps enhance skin sensor accuracy.
