Abstract: A method for forming a shoe vamp includes providing a cloth material, forming integrally a plurality of ornamental members on the cloth material by tatting, and arranging the ornamental members on the cloth material in a diverse manner to present different viewing effects of the ornamental members on the cloth material so as to form a product of a shoe vamp. The shoe vamp includes the cloth material and the ornamental members. Thus, each of the ornamental members is formed integrally on the cloth material by tatting so that each of the ornamental members is combined with the cloth material exactly and closely and will not be loosened or detached from the cloth material during a long-term utilization.
