Method for Forming a Shoe Vamp Integrally

A method for forming a shoe vamp includes providing a cloth material, forming integrally a plurality of ornamental members on the cloth material by tatting, and arranging the ornamental members on the cloth material in a diverse manner to present different viewing effects of the ornamental members on the cloth material so as to form a product of a shoe vamp. The shoe vamp includes the cloth material and the ornamental members. Thus, each of the ornamental members is formed integrally on the cloth material by tatting so that each of the ornamental members is combined with the cloth material exactly and closely and will not be loosened or detached from the cloth material during a long-term utilization.

Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a method for forming a vamp and, more particularly, to a method for forming a vamp of a pair of shoes, boots, sandals or the like.

2. Description of the Related Art

A conventional shoe vamp in accordance with the prior art shown in FIG. 1 comprises a vamp body 1a, and a plurality of strips 2a, 3a and 4a mounted on the vamp body 1a by stitching. Each of the strips 2a, 3a and 4a is a pattern to enhance the aesthetic quality of the vamp body 1a. However, the manufacturer has to in turn stitch the strips 2a, 3a and 4a of different types to the vamp body 1a, thereby wasting the manual work and working time. In addition, the strips 2a, 3a and 4a are not attached to the vamp body 1a solidly and stably so that the strips 2a, 3a and 4a are easily loosened or detached from the vamp body 1a during a long-term utilization, thereby decreasing the outer appearance and aesthetic quality of the shoe vamp.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In accordance with the present invention, there is provided a method for forming a shoe vamp, comprising a first step of providing a cloth material, a second step of forming integrally a plurality of ornamental members on the cloth material by tatting, and a third step of arranging the ornamental members on the cloth material in a diverse manner to present different viewing effects of the ornamental members on the cloth material so as to form a product of a shoe vamp which includes the cloth material and the ornamental members.

Each of the ornamental members is a pattern, sign or character.

The cloth material is provided with a plurality of through holes to allow passage of a shoelace.

The cloth material is made of threads that are the same as that of each of the ornamental members. Alternatively, the cloth material is made of threads that are different from that of each of the ornamental members.

Each of the ornamental members is formed integrally on a surface of the cloth material.

The ornamental members have different shapes and profiles.

The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a method for forming a shoe vamp integrally.

According to the primary advantage of the present invention, each of the ornamental members is formed integrally on the cloth material by tatting so that each of the ornamental members is combined with the cloth material exactly and closely and will not be loosened or detached from the cloth material during a long-term utilization, thereby enhancing the outer appearance and aesthetic quality of the shoe vamp.

According to another advantage of the present invention, each of the ornamental members is directly formed integrally on the cloth material, thereby saving the working time and manual work, and thereby decreasing the cost of fabrication of the shoe vamp.

Further benefits and advantages of the present invention will become apparent after a careful reading of the detailed description with appropriate reference to the accompanying drawings.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SEVERAL VIEWS OF THE DRAWING(S)

FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a conventional shoe vamp in accordance with the prior art.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a shoe vamp in accordance with the preferred embodiment of the present invention.

FIG. 3 is a top plan expanding view of the shoe vamp as shown in FIG. 2.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, a method for forming a shoe vamp 100 in accordance with the preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises a first step of providing a cloth material 1, a second step of forming integrally a plurality of ornamental members 2, 3 and 4 on the cloth material 1 by tatting, and a third step of arranging the ornamental members 2, 3 and 4 on the cloth material 1 in a diverse manner to present different viewing effects of the ornamental members 2, 3 and 4 on the cloth material 1 so as to form a product of a shoe vamp 100 which includes the cloth material 1 and the ornamental members 2, 3 and 4.

The cloth material 1 is provided with a plurality of through holes 5 to allow passage of a shoelace. The cloth material 1 is made of threads that are the same as that of each of the ornamental members 2, 3 and 4. Alternatively, the cloth material 1 is made of threads that are different from that of each of the ornamental members 2, 3 and 4.

Each of the ornamental members 2, 3 and 4 is formed integrally on a surface of the cloth material 1. Each of the ornamental members 2, 3 and 4 is a pattern, sign or character. The ornamental members 2, 3 and 4 have different shapes and profiles.

Accordingly, each of the ornamental members 2, 3 and 4 is formed integrally on the cloth material 1 by tatting so that each of the ornamental members 2, 3 and 4 is combined with the cloth material 1 exactly and closely and will not be loosened or detached from the cloth material 1 during a long-term utilization, thereby enhancing the outer appearance and aesthetic quality of the shoe vamp 100. In addition, each of the ornamental members 2, 3 and 4 is directly formed integrally on the cloth material 1, thereby saving the working time and manual work, and thereby decreasing the cost of fabrication of the shoe vamp 100.

Although the invention has been explained in relation to its preferred embodiment(s) as mentioned above, it is to be understood that many other possible modifications and variations can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention. It is, therefore, contemplated that the appended claim or claims will cover such modifications and variations that fall within the true scope of the invention.
