Abstract: A method, device and system for sending and acquiring information is provided, which relates to the field of communication, for solving the problem that user equipment (UE) cannot determine whether information transmitted in a time-frequency resource block is pilot measurement information or other information, such as communication data, that result in inaccurate detection on signal quality of a neighboring cell by the UE. Antenna configuration information of the neighboring cell is acquired, and a message is sent carrying the antenna configuration information of the neighboring cell to the UE. The embodiments of the present invention can be applied in a wireless communication network.

Abstract: A measurement control method, a UE, and a network-side device are provided to solve the problem in the prior art that no measurement control solution can ensure the UE to perform a measurement and obtain a measurement result in time, as well as reduce the impact of the measurement on the performance of the UE. The method includes the following steps. The UE receives measurement indication information provided by the network side; and the UE performs a measurement after determining that the UE needs to perform the measurement according to the measurement indication information, which ensures that the UE may not perform the measurement frequently but pertinently, and reduces the impact of the measurement on the performance of the UE to the utmost extent.

Abstract: A method, a system, and equipment for information processing are provided. The method includes receiving information sent by a source eNodeB of UE, where the information includes processing status information and data information which are obtained after the source eNodeB processes data transmitted by the UE, or data information in at least two user plane protocol stacks of the source eNodeB, or data information in user plane protocol stacks except PDCP in the source eNodeB; and correspondingly, transmitting data with the UE according to the processing status information and data information, or the data information in the at least two user plane protocol stacks, or the data information in user plane protocol stacks except PDCP.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of wireless communications technologies and discloses a method, an apparatus, and a system for setting up a Radio Bearer (RB) in order to enable end-to-end RB setup from a User Equipment (UE) to an evolved NodeB (eNB) in a relay network system. The method includes: receiving a first RB setup message sent by an eNB; performing RB setup preprocessing according to the first RB setup message; generating a second RB setup message according to a result of the RB setup preprocessing; and sending the second RB setup message to a UE, notifying the UE to set up an RB on an access link. The present invention is mainly applicable to the relay network system.

Abstract: In the field of communications, a resource management method, a network device, a User Equipment (UE), and a system are provided. The method includes the following steps: the network side set information about a set of virtual cells; and sends the set information about the set of virtual cells to a UE. The network device includes a first setting unit and a sender unit. The UE includes a receiver unit and a processor unit. The system includes a network device. The technical solution brings the following beneficial effects: a set of virtual cells is introduced so that high-level resources are shared efficiently. Compared with the existing multi-cell setting method, information about multiple cells does not need to be set additionally, so that the resource management at the time when a UE communicates with multiple cells is greatly simplified.

Abstract: A method for mobility management, an apparatus and a User Equipment (UE) are disclosed. The method includes: obtaining cell set information sent by a cell set in an access network; selecting a target cell set to which a UE may hand over according to the cell set information, and sending information about selection of the target cell set to the target cell set; and receiving information about at least one target cell decided by the target cell set, and providing the information about the target cell to the UE for handover. The method for mobility management between cell sets simplifies mobility management in multi-cell communication and improves performance of the communication system.

Abstract: A method for measuring cells includes: scanning a frequency point; judging whether the signal level of the scanned frequency point meets a pre-configured measurement condition; if the signal level of the scanned frequency point meets the pre-configured measurement condition, identifying a cell corresponding to the frequency point, and measuring the signal level of the cell. With the technical solution of the invention, the number of cells measured by the UE may be limited, which prevents the UE from measuring too many cells.

Abstract: A method and a device for redirecting are disclosed herein. The method for redirecting includes: obtaining, by a UE, redirection information carried in a paging message from a network; and performing redirection according to the redirection information. Another method for redirecting disclosed herein includes: by a UE, obtaining information about relation between the network capability information and information of service required by the UE, which is sent by the network through a paging message; and initiating redirection according to the obtained information about relation between network capability information and information of service required by the UE. Through the embodiments of the present invention, the time of setting up a call of a user is shortened, signaling impact caused by a user's paging response on the network is avoided, and a called UE is redirected.
