An apparatus may transmit a measurement report to the network according to a reporting configuration. The measurement report indicates that at least one reference signal (RS) resource has been synchronized by the apparatus. The apparatus may receive an activation command from the network. The activation command may indicate a target transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state which is not in an active TCI state list. The apparatus may determine whether the RS resource associated with the target TCI state has been reported as synchronized. The apparatus shall be able to receive downlink (DL) channel with the target TCI state from the network after an acknowledgement from the apparatus for activation command is received by the network in an event that the RS resource associated with the target TCI state has been reported as synchronized in the measurement report.

    Abstract: A method of L1/L2-based mobility with signaling optimization using base (reference) configuration and replaceable (delta) configuration for candidate cells is proposed. All candidates can be configured at different levels provided by Radio Resource Control (RRC) signaling. To support L1/L2-triggered mobility (LTM), there is a common base configuration for candidates, and the candidates are modelled as replaceable configurations which are delta configurations on top of the common base configuration (instead of UE's current RRC configuration). The common and replaceable configurations are also referred to as reference configuration and candidate delta configuration. The candidate delta configuration is applied on top of the reference configuration to form a complete candidate configuration for handover.

The method comprises steps of, mincing a mesophyll of an Aloe in water; heating the minced mixture to 60-80° C.; filtering the mixture to produce a first filtrate; drying the first filtrate; reconstituting the dried first filtrate in water; subjecting the first filtrate or the reconstituent to column chromatography and eluting the column with a first polar solvent; concentrating the eluent; purifying the concentrate with active carbons; filtering the purified concentrate to produce a second filtrate; concentrating the second filtrate; and adding a second polar solvent to the concentrated second filtrate thereby producing the aloe extract. The present disclosure also encompasses the aloe extract prepared by the present method. Said aloe extract has desired contents of O-acetyl groups or polysaccharides, and is useful for manufacturing food, pharmaceutical, or cosmetic products.
