  • Publication number: 20070053376
Abstract: A network device includes a network protocol controller and a device controller. The device controller controls a plurality of service devices including a first device, and a second device of different type from the first device. The network protocol controller and the device controller are connected by a packetized logical channel for the first device. The network protocol controller, upon having received a message in the network plug-and-play protocol and destined for the second device, transfers the content of the message body of the received message to the device controller, using the logical channel for the first device.

  • Publication number: 20040014552
Abstract: A hydraulic passage structure of an automatic transmission having at least one friction element for gearshift, the friction element being comprised of a drum. The hydraulic passage structure is comprised of a housing, a sleeve, a center member joined integrally with the drum of the friction element, a radial passage in the housing, a sleeve passage in the sleeve, and a center member passage in the center member. The sleeve is fitted into an inner circumference of the housing, and the center member is inserted in an inner circumference of the sleeve. The sleeve passage connects with the radial passage of the housing, and the center member connects the sleeve passage and the friction element. Line pressure is supplied to the friction element via and in order of the radial passage, the sleeve passage, and the center member passage.

  • Patent number: 5864950
Abstract: A method of assembly for a planetary gear train wherein long front gears of stepped long pinions are applied with markings on the end surfaces of tooth forms, the middle grooves of the second and third stepped long pinions are respectively provided with an assembling pin hole in the position at an angle 180 degrees opposite to said markings, and the long rear gear of the first stepped long pinion is provided with a spot facing on the end surface corresponding to the marking, the process comprising preparing an assembling jig composed of carrier-fixing plates at an angular interval of 120 degrees on the center of a boss portion, a spot-facing plate provided in the direction rotated 15 degrees on the center of the support shaft located between said carrier-fixing plates, and control pins supported on pedestals; assembling the stepped long pinions by inserting the control pins into assembling pin holes so that the markings on the second and third stepped long pinions are pointing to the same direction as that of

  • Patent number: 5775177
Abstract: A cover body formed with AC2B is fixed to a casing of an automatic transmission and has a hole in the shaft center thereof. The cover body is subjected over the surface of the hole to a solution heat treatment at 500 centigrade degree for 3 hours and is tempered at 180 centigrade degree fo 4 hours to acquire hardness of 90 HB of more. An iron stator shaft for supporting a stator of a torque converter is pressed into the hole in the cover body.Since the plastic deformation of the hole part of the cover body is reduced, the interference between the stator shaft and the cover body is ensured, and the stator shaft is prevented from being displaced axially even at a high temperature.
