The method includes generating a plurality of intermediate pixels positioned near a plurality of resultant pixels to be generated to scale an input image using pixels of the input image; determining the image characteristics of the plurality of resultant pixels using a predetermined region of the input image or the plurality of intermediate pixels within the predetermined region; determining a filter for generating the plurality of resultant pixels based on the image characteristics with respect to the resultant pixels, and generating the plurality of resultant pixels through filtering of the plurality of intermediate pixels using the determined filter. The apparatus includes an intermediate pixel generation unit which generates a plurality of intermediate pixels. A filter determination unit determines a filter for generating the plurality of resultant pixels.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an optical sheet and a composite sheet with a moire fringe and a backlight assembly having the same. The present invention provides an optical sheet including: a first pattern layer on which a first pattern array is formed and a second pattern layer on which a second pattern array generating a moire fringe by overlapping with the first pattern array is formed. With the present invention, it can expand a viewing angle while improving luminance. In addition, the number of LED light sources mounted on the backlight assembly is reduced, making it possible to reduce production costs.

The detergent supply device includes a rotary case installed to be rotatable about the lower end thereof and rotated to be protruded from the housing, and detergent containers detachably installed in the rotary case. The rotary case is rotated so that the upper portions of the detergent containers are protruded forwardly, and thus the detergents are easily injected into the respective detergent containers.

A metal oxide second dielectric layer is formed on the first dielectric layer, the second dielectric layer. The substrate including the first and second dielectric layers is thermally treated to form a plurality of discrete charge storing nano crystals in the charge storing region and a gate electrode layer is formed on the second dielectric layer. Gate structures for integrated circuit devices and memory cells are also provided.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an optical frequency synthesizer and an optical frequency synthesizing method using femtosecond laser optical injection locking, which inject a femtosecond laser optical frequency comb into a diode laser, thus obtaining single-mode laser light, phase-locked to only a single mode in the optical frequency comb, and which change the optical frequency and interval, that is, the repetition rate, of a femtosecond laser, together with the frequency of a semiconductor laser, thus scanning optical frequencies while realizing a single desired optical frequency. The transition metal catalyst compound used in the present invention is configured such that an amido group is linked in a cyclic form via a phenylene bridge. Thus, a pentagon ring structure of the transition metal compound is stably maintained, so that monomers easily approach the transition metal compound and the reactivity is also high.

To this end, the present invention provides a measurement method of distinguishing dew and frost point using a quartz crystal microbalance dew-point sensor in low temperature, comprising the steps of: measuring a resonant frequency of a quartz crystal microbalance dew-point sensor while slowly dropping temperature; observing shock waves of the resonant frequency; and determining dew point or frost point through the observation of the resonant frequency and shock waves of the quartz crystal microbalance dew-point sensor.

The vacuum cover includes an elastic body, which isolates storage space from an exterior and is deformed so that air is exhausted from or supplied to the storage space, and a valve provided at a predetermined position on the body to discharge and/or supply the air from and/or to the storage space.
