The characteristics of the optical system satisfy equation, 0.4<f/f2<1/6 (Here, “f” represents a focal distance of the optical system, and “f2” represents the focal distance of the second lens).

Abstract: An operation method of a portable terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: entering a window screen movement mode in which a window screen of a foreground task is displayed uppermost and one or more window screens are stacked in multiple layers under the window screen of the foreground task; selecting a window screen from a plurality of window screens according to a user's movement command; changing the transparency of at least a part of areas of window screens stacked on the selected window screen; and displaying the selected window screen as a foreground screen and terminating the window screen movement mode when an input determining the selected window screen is received. Therefore, it is possible to switch screens and tasks more swiftly and conveniently, thereby improving user convenience.

Abstract: A vehicle terminal automatically registering a profile image of a user to a vehicle using images stored in a mobile terminal of a user and performing a face authentication includes a communicator that performs a data communication with the mobile terminal of the user, a camera that obtains a face image of the user, and a processor that registers the profile image of the user using an image among the images stored in the mobile terminal. The processor learns a facial feature of the user using the images stored in the mobile terminal as learning data and analyzes the face image obtained through the camera based on the learned facial feature of the user to perform the face authentication of the user.

Abstract: Some embodiments include an electronic device, method, and computer program product for enabling secure time of flight (SToF) measurements for wireless communication packets that include ranging packets with zero padded random sequence waveforms, especially at higher frequency bands (e.g., 60 GHz) and in non-line of sight (NLOS) scenarios. Some embodiments provide a flexible protocol to allow negotiation of various security parameters and SToF operation parameters. For example, some embodiments employ: phase tracking and signaling to support devices with phase noise constraints to mitigate phase noise at higher frequencies; determining a number of random sequences (RSs) used for SToF to support consistency checks and channel verification; additional rules supporting sub-phases of the SToF operation; and/or determining First Path (FP), Sub-Optimal, and/or Hybrid path AWV modes and the pre-conditioning usage of these modes.

Abstract: Techniques and mechanisms for interconnecting stacked integrated circuit (IC) dies. In an embodiment, a first end of a wire is coupled to a first IC die of a stack, where a second end of the wire is further anchored to the stack independent of the coupled first end. A package material is subsequently disposed around IC dies of the stack and a first portion of the wire that includes the first end. Two-point anchoring of the wire to the stack aids in providing mechanical support to resist movement that might otherwise displace and/or deform the wire while the package material is deposited. In another embodiment, the first portion of the wire is separated from the rest of the wire, and a redistribution layer is coupled to the first portion to enable interconnection between the first IC die and another IC die of the stack.

Abstract: A data converter, a signal transmission method, and a signal transmission system for transmitting a signal to a programmable logic controller are provided. The data converter: performs sampling multiple times with respect to data detected by a sensor in one communication period of communication with a programmable logic controller; acquires statistical data by statisticizing a plurality of sampling data in the communication period; and transmits the statistical data to the programmable logic controller when the communication period is reached. On the basis of an embodiment of the present invention, a signal sampling density is improved, and thus control accuracy can be enhanced. At the same time, a data transmission amount of a bus is reduced, a load on the programmable logic controller is reduced, and user convenience is improved.

Abstract: An augmented reality gaming system uses a gameplay device to removably secure a mobile device. The gameplay device has at least one user interface and a wireless transceiver for communicating with the mobile device. An augmented reality gaming app stored in the memory of the mobile device utilizes an image sensor of the mobile device to display a live image on a screen of the mobile device, and causes graphics corresponding to one or more virtual targets to be overlaid on the live image. Using information from a location sensor and an orientation sensor of the mobile device, together with information about a virtual location of the virtual target, the mobile device determines whether a virtual shot triggered by the at least one user interface causes virtual damage to the virtual target.

A tire pressure sensor identification apparatus in the present invention includes a storage module configured to store identity information of a tire pressure sensor, a communications module configured to communicate with an electronic control unit (ECU) of a vehicle, a processing module and a radio frequency transmission module configured to output identity information. The tire pressure sensor identification apparatus may output the stored identity information to a corresponding vehicle, so that the vehicle can still identify the tire pressure sensor even if the tire pressure sensor is not in an activated state. It is convenient for a user to perform a uniform identification operation after uniformly collecting the identity information, thereby improving identification efficiency of the tire pressure sensor.
