    Abstract: An LED lamp includes a heat sink, a plurality of LED modules mounted on a top of the heat sink and a plurality of light-guiding modules respectively fixed on the LED modules. The heat sink includes a base and a plurality of fins extending downwardly from the base. Each LED module includes a plurality of LEDs mounted thereon. Each light-guiding module includes a mounting bracket defining a plurality of through holes therein and a plurality of guiding units respectively received in the through holes of the mounting bracket. The guiding units are respectively in alignment with the LEDs of a corresponding LED module and receive the LEDs in lower ends thereof to reflect and guide light generated by the corresponding LED module in a predetermined manner.

    Abstract: A method to form a barrier layer and contact plug using a touch up RIE. In a first embodiment, we form a first barrier layer over the dielectric layer and the substrate in the contact hole. The first barrier layer is comprised of Ta. A second barrier layer is formed over the first barrier layer. The second barrier layer is comprised of TaN or WN. We planarize a first conductive layer to form a first contact plug in the contact hole. We reactive ion etch (e.g., W touch up etch) the top surfaces using a Cl and B containing etch. Because of the composition of the barrier layers and RIE etch chemistry, the barrier layers are not significantly etched selectively to the dielectric layer. In a second embodiment, a barrier film is comprised of WN.

Accordingly to another aspect of the apparatus, a plastic bushing is provided to prevent horizontal/vertical floating of the locking pins, thereby minimizing the play of the locking pins and prevent floating. The apparatus also may simultaneously prevent a half-locked state of the locking pins.

The first and second delayed input clock signals are complementary. The delayed clock signal and the other clock signal are provided as the first and second output clock signals.

A fuse focus detector including first and second conductive layers may be formed in a scribe line region. For a laser repair method, a target region may be divided into sub-regions. In one selected sub-region, the fuse focus detector may be laser scanned in a direction for a reflection light measurement providing information on a thickness of the fuse focus detector. Using the thickness information, a focus offset value of a fuse in the selected sub-region may be calculated. When the focus offset value is within an allowable range, fuse cutting may be performed.

The cover switch turns the heating element “on” after exposing the curling head and turns the heating element “off” after covering the curling head instead of the current practice of manually turning the switch “on” and “off”. The engagement between the parts on the cover switch and the heated eyelash curler attaches the cover switch to the body of the heated eyelash curler. The heating element on the eyelash curler can be conventional or it can adopt wiring in a zigzag configuration housed within a conducting tube coated with a non-sticking material.
