The recombinant Corynebacterium glutamicum can effectively improve eDNA secretion of the Corynebacterium glutamicum and reduce eDNA degradation of the Corynebacterium glutamicum, so that the Corynebacterium glutamicum can be more easily adsorbed on a surface of a solid carrier for immobilized fermentation, such that a yield of continuous immobilized fermentation of the Corynebacterium glutamicum is increased by 49.67% than that of free fermentation of an original bacterium, and a fermentation cycle is shortened by 29.17%.
