Abstract: A holder for cosmetic products having a hollow shell housing a removable reservoir containing a cosmetic composition. The removable reservoir is disposable or reusable. The removable reservoir comes with a replaceable applicator for the composition contained in the removable reservoir. The replaceable applicator has a handle acting as a cover for the removable reservoir. The handle inserts into an outer cover having an outside surface matching and complimenting the outside surface of the hollow shell.

Abstract: A carry-on organizer for beauty implements having a plurality of horizontally or vertically fused covers, holders or containers as components of the carry-on organizer, the components having different or uniform length and different or similar internal dimensions for covering, holding or housing the beauty implement. The components of the carry-on organizer can be all fused covers, all fused holders, all fused containers or a combination of fused covers, holders and containers.

Abstract: A flipping double tweezers having a stationary and a movable tweezers. Each tweezers is formed from two elongated plates or molded as a single piece and has a tweezer head including a pincer and its tips and a fused rear section. The rear section of the stationary and the movable tweezers are designed to connect the tweezers and form a flipping mechanism whereby the movable tweezers can swing along a 180 degree orbit relative to the stationary tweezers.

Abstract: Two tweezers which folds and unfolds relative to each other is connected by a central connector which allows the rotation of the tweezers without one tweezers rubbing into the other tweezers. Each tweezers has a tweezer head section extending to a base section. The base sections have an external base cover serving as handles for the tweezers. A cover shields the tweezer heads of the two tweezers. A spring assisted locator pin inserts and retracts from a hole as the tweezers positions back and forth from a folding position to an unfolding position.

Abstract: A tweezers, comprising two identical elongated thin sheets having a stationary end and a pair of free opposing ends, the free opposing ends having a tip on each end; and, a first opening on a surface of the free opposing ends of the elongated thin sheet proximal to the tip for detecting an object pinched between the pair of free opposing ends. The tweezers can have a second opening on each surface of the free opposing end at a location behind the first opening proximal to the tip. The second opening is for accommodating a finger as it grips on the tweezers.

Abstract: A covered tweezers, comprising a body having two identical thin sheets of metal fused or welded together at one end resulting in a pair of free opposing ends, the free opposing ends having a different type of tip for each type of tweezers. A cover is fixed to the body of the tweezers excepting a head portion of the tweezers. A cap encloses the head portion of the tweezers. The cover is non-metallic such as plastic, wood, rubber material or fabric. The cover is fixed to the body of the tweezers, thereby avoiding the need of a case to hold the tweezers.

Abstract: An eyelash curler made of a polymeric material such as plastic or of a non-temperature conducting, light but sturdy and durable material comprising a head section and a body section. The head section includes a curling component having a back side and a front side where an eyelash to be curled is introduced. The curling component has a metal blade at its forming member to form better curls than a plastic blade. The lower end of the body section serves as the handle for the device. A push button controls the curling component and is situated at a position opposite the front side of the curling component thereby preventing the push button from contacting the face of a user.

Abstract: A double ended clipper, comprising a double clipper body having two opposite cutting members with a pair of cutting blades, in a planar or a stacked position. The cutting members can have clip covers covering both lateral sides of the cutting members with the clip cover leaving the cutting blades exposed. The double ended clipper is operated by a lever arm attached to the clip cover or by a handle attached to the cutting members in a similar manner as the conventional nail cutters.

Abstract: An encased tweezers with a trough like hollow case having a hollow trough section constricting on one end, the hollow trough section partially concealing a body of the tweezers and allowing the head of the tweezers to be viewed from the top when the tweezers is in a nested position. The tweezers has a fused end and a pincer opposite the fused end. The fused end of the tweezers insert between two opposite borders at the constricted end of the hollow case where the tweezers is attached to the hollow case. A positional plate between an inside surface of one border and a lateral side of the tweezers or between adjacent lateral sides of two tweezers can be used for positioning the tweezers when it is deployed. A mechanism for ejecting the tweezers from the hollow case is also described.

Abstract: A dynamic resource allocation apparatus and method for assigning timeslot in a return channel in multi-frequency time division multiple access MF-TDMA in order to have a maximum throughput is disclosed. The apparatus includes: resource request amount collection unit for accumulating a requested resource amount corresponding to each of terminals during a super-frame period; resource request amount processing unit for dividing an accumulated requested resource amount by the number of frame pairs in a super frame and storing a sum of a result of dividing and rounding up a remain of the division to a nearest integer as a request amount of each corresponding terminal; and resource allocation unit for deciding a time slot allocated at each of terminals corresponding to a frame pair based on optimal allocation amount, which is decided based on the request amount by the requested amount processing unit.

Abstract: A heated eyelash curler comprise a curling head portion having an arcuate top surface on one end and a protection case on the other end. The protection case serves as a handle and also encloses the power source. A heating element is laid on the arcuate top surface caged inside a plurality of bridges or protected between protruding comblike spikes. The curler includes a pigmented silicone piece which changes in color corresponding to the temperature of the heating element as indicator. The heating element comprises a conducting coil or wire in zigzag configuration inserted into a conducting tube. The circuitry includes a converter for boosting the voltage of the power source which hastens the rise in temperature of the heating element and this in combination with the heating element having the conducting coil or wire in zigzag configuration, provide a more stable and even heating.
