    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a GGNMOS transistor structure, an ESD protection device, and an ESD protection circuit. The GGNMOS transistor structure can increase a capability of the ESD protection device to discharge an ESD current per unit size under the action of a P-N-P-N parasitic thyristor formed by an N-potential well, a P-type heavily doped region, and an N-type heavily doped region; the GGNMOS transistor structure can limit a transient peak current of ESD under the action of an equivalent resistor formed by an N-potential well, so that respective GGNMOS transistors of the ESD protection device can conduct uniformly, improving the reliability of the ESD protection circuit.

    Abstract: A three-dimensional (3D) printing methodology is disclosed for freeform fabrication of hydrophobic structures without the use of printed support structures. The build material is directly printed in and supported by a fumed silica-containing yield-stress support bath to form an intermediate article in the support bath material. The intermediate article may be liquid or only partially solidified after being printed into the support bath material. The intermediate article is then heated or irradiated with ultraviolet radiation to initiate cross-linking to solidify the printed intermediate article, forming a finished article.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an air mixer for a compressed air foam (CAF) fire-extinguishing system. A foam concentrate and compressed air are respectively transported by a liquid inlet pipe and an air inlet pipe. When the compressed air and the foam concentrate enter a straight pipe through a first tapered pipe, they reach an outlet end of the first tapered pipe through a path narrowing due to different cross-section diameters at two ends of the first tapered pipe, and there is a compression process. Under an action of a high-pressure airflow, the foam concentrate is fully mixed. The mixed foam concentrate reaches a porous plate of the straight pipe and can be mixed secondarily. When the foam concentrate is discharged by a second tapered pipe, a flow path widens and there is a release process.
