    Abstract: A polymer three-dimensional (3D) printing methodology is disclosed for freeform fabrication of polymeric structures under ambient conditions without the use of printed support structures. The build material can be dissolved in a suitable solvent for 3D printing. The polymer solution can be printed in (e.g., continuously printed using a moving dispensing nozzle) a yield-stress support bath to form an intermediate article. The intermediate article may be liquid or only partially coagulated after being printed into the yield-stress support bath. The yield-stress support bath may be at least partially disposed within a container, and the container may be immersed in a post-treatment coagulation solution to remove some or all of the solvent, causing the build material to fully solidify to form a finished article from the intermediate article.

The interference lens includes: an interference sheet with a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface, the first surface being a rough surface; and a reflective film provided at the interference sheet; wherein light is reflected by the reflective film to form an interference pattern. The projection ambient lamp includes the foregoing interference lens, a light source and a focusing lens; light emitted from the light source passes through the interference lens and is reflected by the reflective film to form an interference pattern, which is focused by the focusing lens and projected on a medium. The present disclosure realizes simplification of the structure by providing a reflective film at the interference lens, hence utilization of light energy is higher, power consumption is lower, manufacturing cost is lower, and projection effect is better.

A coagulation agent, such as a nebulized non-solvent, is disposed onto/about the build material during 3D printing to cause at least partial solidification of the build material to form a green body structure. Multiple build materials can be mixed at a variable ratio to achieve a composition gradient through the green body structure. The 3D printed green body structure can be heated to remove some or all of the polymer, solvent, and/or for debinding. The debinded green body structure can be sintered at a specific sintering temperature or over a temperature gradient, for a period of time, in accordance with the sintering properties of the particular metal powder in the debinded green body structure, to form a finished metal part.
