The portable device also includes a control unit configured to execute an algorithm stored in the portable device for obtaining a classification of the textile based on taken image, and based on the classification for controlling at least one operating parameter of the portable textile treatment device. The image sensor and/or light source are oriented with respect to the surface of the heatable soleplate, with an absolute value of an orientation angle being in the range from 15 to 70° C.

    Abstract: A core detection device of a coring instrument includes a base body and a core switch mechanism provided on the base body. The base body is provided with a core channel communicated with a core barrel. The core switch mechanism includes a detection portion, a connecting rod assembly and a travel switch which are sequentially arranged and connected along a length direction of the coring instrument. The detection portion is rotatably installed on the base body and one end thereof is extended into the core channel, so that a core passing through the core channel pushes the detection portion to rotate. The connecting rod assembly can be pulled by the rotating detection portion to trigger the travel switch to operate. The core switch mechanism adopts a slider-connecting rod structure, and the kinematic pairs are mainly a sliding pair and a rotating pair.

If the device operates in a fault diagnosis mode, a current signal acquisition unit acquires a real-time current signal of the motor, a residual signal acquisition unit extracts harmonic signals from the real-time current signal of the motor acquired by the current signal acquisition unit and remove a fundamental signal and a harmonic signal from the real-time current signal of the motor to acquire a residual signal, a fault feature extraction unit analyzes the residual signal in both time domain and frequency domain to extract a fault feature index of the bearing, and a fault diagnosis model unit performs, by using a bearing fault diagnosis model obtained through training, pattern recognition on the fault feature index to diagnose a fault state of the bearing.

Moreover, the multiple predefined RUs include two or more first predefined RUs having a first number of tones less than a predefined amount, or two or more second predefined RUs having a second number of tones greater than or equal to the predefined amount. For example, the predefined amount may include 242 tones. Note that the multiple predefined RUs may have the same or different numbers of tones.     Abstract: Embodiments provide a memory structure and its formation method. In those embodiments, a semiconductor substrate is provided. Two second grooves along a row direction in each of the discrete active areas can be formed to divide the areas into a drain and two sources located on both sides of the drain. A third groove can be formed in part of the insulating layer on both sides of a bottom of the second groove. The third groove can expose a part of a surface of the sidewalls on both sides of the active area at the bottom of the second groove. The memory structure in those embodiment can help reduce current leakage.
