    Abstract: The present invention is related to a method of fabricating a liquid crystal display device which includes etching an attached substrate using an etchant to make the substrate thin and light. A plurality of main seal patterns are formed on a first substrate and auxiliary seal patterns are formed around each main seal pattern. Thereafter, a second substrate is attached to the first substrate by pressure. Then, an anti-etching material is formed around the sidewalls of the attached substrates. Due to the anti-etching material, an etchant etching the surfaces of the attached substrate does not penetrate into the interval between the first and second substrates.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a thin-film inspection device with two or more light sources. This device can control the wavelength and intensity of light and illuminate the lights with different incident angles, and are used to control the interference intensity, thereby determining optimal inspection conditions to obtain a reliable inspection result even when different kinds of thin films coexist. The thin films are formed on a flat plate and have different indices of refraction and thicknesses. An incident light control unit is disposed between the illumination unit and the flat plate for controlling the light to be incident on the patterns. A sensor unit detects a reflection light from the patterns. A reflection light control unit is disposed between the flat plate and the sensor unit and controls the light to be detected by the sensor unit. A control unit controls the movement of the illumination unit and the sensor unit.

The present invention comprises an elemental lens switch located between a lens array and an image display for selectively opening and closing each elemental lens; an image processor for generating elemental images and synchronizing them with control signals of the elemental lens switch; an image display for displaying the elemental images; and a lens array comprising elemental lenses, for forming the three-dimensional image by refracting and integrating the elemental images displayed on the display. Hence, it is possible to display three-dimensional images with a wider viewing angle than that of the conventional IP method, because each elemental lens is synchronized with the corresponding elemental image and is switched properly.

A hinge cam is disposed to face the hinge shaft and has a pair of angled portions on the surface facing the hinge shaft, a valley portion between the angled portions, a fixing post along a rotating axis, and a guide protrusion for facilitating sliding of the hinge cam with respect to the hinge shaft while restricting rotational movement of the hinge cam. Each angled portion has a gentle slope and a steep slope that are asymmetrical sidewise. A hinge spring is disposed along the rotating axis and has one end connected to the fixing protrusion of the hinge cam, for providing restoring force to the hinge cam.

Next, a weighting factor is calculated according to a variation rate in effective pressure of a combustion chamber of the engine, and a corrected stratified mode fuel pressure value is established by multiplying the wighting factor to the initial stratified mode fuel pressure value. Then, the corrected stratified mode fuel pressure value is compared with a current fuel pressure value, then a final fuel pressure value is obtained according to the comparision result.

The cleaning solution is easily and nearly completely separated from the wafer due to the surface tension of the cleaning solution, and no large drops of the cleaning solution are left on the wafer.

A sensor supporting member receives the sensor and includes a cover, one or more side walls, a bottom part, and a plurality of projections formed on the bottom part. The bottom part has a through-hole and is spaced from an outer surface of the process vessel to form a first space between the bottom part and the process vessel. The plurality or are spaced to form a second space between the sensor and the bottom part of the sensor supporting member. A gas introducing section introduces a water vapor eliminating gas into the second space. The gas introduced into the second space flows through the through-hole into the first space.
