  • Patent number: 10354937
Abstract: A three-dimensional packaging structure and a packaging method of power devices. The packaging structure includes power devices, direct copper bonded substrates (i.e., DBC substrates), flexible printed circuit boards (i.e., FPC boards), bonding wires, heat dissipation substrates, decoupling capacitors, a heatsink with integrating the fan, shells, and forms a half-bridge circuit structure composed by the power devices. The power circuit structure is optimized, parasitic inductance in the commutation loop is reduced by mutual inductance cancellation, thus overvoltage and oscillation during the power device switching process can be reduced. Additionally, by using the flexible characteristic of the flexible PCB, a three-dimensional packaging structure is formed and power density is improved.

  • Publication number: 20190165969
Abstract: Wireless access points detect neighboring wireless access points in different subnets. Upon connecting with a wireless client, a wireless access point determines predictive roaming information for the wireless client. Predictive roaming information identifies the wireless client; its home network subnet; and includes connection information associated with the wireless client. The wireless access point forwards the predictive roaming information associated with a wireless client to neighboring wireless access points while the wireless client is still connected with the wireless access point. Neighboring wireless access points store received predictive roaming information. Upon connecting with a wireless client, a neighboring wireless access point determines if the wireless client matches the stored predictive roaming information.

  • Publication number: 20190162681
Abstract: In a method of detecting a defect, a region of a substrate may be primarily scanned using a first electron beam to detect a first defect. A remaining region of the substrate, which may be defined by excluding a portion in which the first defect may be positioned from the region of the substrate, may be secondarily scanned using a second electron beam to detect a second defect. Thus, the portion with the defect may not be scanned in a following scan process so that a scanning time may be remarkably decreased.

  • Patent number: 10287315
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for purifying an immunoglobulin, and more particularly, to a method for purifying an immunoglobulin, which comprises: dialyzing and concentrating an immunoglobulin-containing plasma protein fraction II paste; removing thrombotic substances from the dialyzed and concentrated fraction by a purification process using ceramic cation exchange resin; and performing elution while maintaining salt concentration at a constant level to maintain the polymer content of the immunoglobulin at a low level. When the immunoglobulin purification method according to the present invention is used, the efficiency with which impurities and thrombotic substances are removed can be increased and the polymer content of the immunoglobulin can be maintained, and thus a stable immunoglobulin with improved quality can be produced.
