    Abstract: A shield gate MOSFET includes an epitaxial layer having a first conductivity type, a plurality of trenches in the epitaxial layer, a shield gate disposed in the trenches, a control gate on the shield gate in the trenches, an insulating layer between the shield gate and the epitaxial layer, a gate oxide layer between the control gate and the epitaxial layer, an inter-gate oxide layer between the shield gate and the control gate, a first doped region in the epitaxial layer at the bottom of the trenches, and a second doped region between the bottom of the trenches and the first doped region. The first doped region has a second conductivity type, and the second doped region has the first conductivity type, and thus the leakage path may be reduced in the presence of the second doped region so as to improve breakdown voltage.

Upon connecting with a wireless client, a wireless access point determines predictive roaming information for the wireless client. Predictive roaming information identifies the wireless client; its home network subnet; and includes connection information associated with the wireless client. The wireless access point forwards the predictive roaming information associated with a wireless client to neighboring wireless access points while the wireless client is still connected with the wireless access point. Neighboring wireless access points store received predictive roaming information. Upon connecting with a wireless client, a neighboring wireless access point determines if the wireless client matches the stored predictive roaming information.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a hydrocarbon adsorbent with metal-impregnated zeolite particles having regular mesopores and a manufacturing method therefor. The hydrocarbon adsorbent includes a metal cation and a metal oxide that are impregnated in zeolite particles, in particular, the zeolite particles include regularly formed mesopores having a size of 2 to 10. By adjusting a Si/Al ratio and mesoporosity of the mesopores, a hydrocarbon adsorbent may have increased adsorption capacity for hydrocarbons in a cold-start section and can rapidly oxidize the hydrocarbon upon desorption thereof, thereby reducing the discharge of exhaust gas produced in automobiles and industries.

A subset of nodes called portal nodes within the network are elected to do the broadcasting for the entire network. These link-state register messages received by each portal node are aggregated by them and are broadcast to each of the wireless nodes for storage. When a data packet is thereafter received by a wireless node from a neighboring node, it detects if the data packet satisfies one of a plurality of predetermined conditions and rebroadcasts the data packet to neighboring wireless nodes if none of the conditions is satisfied.
