    Abstract: A motor rotor plate includes a rotating shaft, a connecting portion coupled to the rotating shaft to drive the rotating shaft to rotate, and a plurality of electrode portions used to wind a coil. Another end of each electrode portion extends outward in a radial direction of the connecting portion.
