    Abstract: Disclosed herein is an image encoding/decoding method and apparatus based on transform. An image decoding method includes determining a horizontal transform type and a vertical transform type of a current block, deriving a residual block of the current block by performing inverse transform with respect to the current block based on the determined horizontal transform type and vertical transform type, and reconstructing the current block based on the residual block. The determining of the horizontal transform type and the vertical transform type is performed based on at least one of a width or a height of the current block regardless of an intra prediction mode of the current block, when the current block is in an intra sub-block partitions (ISP) mode.

A memory device may detect multiple types of alert and use an alert signal along an alert bus to signal a controller of these alerts. Different pulse widths of the alert signal may be used to indicate the type of alert. For example if the alert signal is at an active level between a first duration and a second duration, it may indicate a first type of alert, if the alert signal is active between a third duration and a fourth duration, it may indicate a second type of alert. If the alert signal remains active for longer than a threshold amount of time, it may indicate a third type of alert.

    Abstract: A heat dissipation device for an electronic element includes a first chamber containing a printed circuit board with heating elements, and a second chamber for heat exchange. The second chamber contains a refrigerant injection part and supply part. A heat transfer part between the chambers receives heat from the heating elements and transfers it to the second chamber. A condensing part condenses injected refrigerant. The heat transfer part has evaporation-inducing ribs on its surface exposed to the second chamber, allowing injected liquid refrigerant to be adsorbed and flow downward in a zigzag pattern. This configuration enables efficient heat dissipation through phase changes of the refrigerant as it evaporates and condenses. The device may also include features like specially-shaped condensation ribs, a blower part to improve condensation, and a pressure regulator for the second chamber. This design provides improved heat dissipation performance without increasing device size.

If data signals propagate along a bus with the same timing, simultaneous switching output (SSO) and crosstalk can adversely impact channel timing budget parameters. An example system includes an interconnect having multiple data lines that couple the host device to the memory device. In example operations, the host device can transmit to the memory device a command indicative of a phase offset between two or more data lines of the multiple data lines. The memory device can implement the command by transmitting or receiving signals via the interconnect with different relative phase offsets between data lines. The host device (e.g., a memory controller) can determine appropriate offsets for a given apparatus. Lengths of the offsets can vary. Further, a system can activate the phase offsets based on frequency.
