    Abstract: A power module can include a casing mounted to a baseplate that contains a substrate with circuitry. The circuitry can include pins for coupling signals to/from the circuitry. These pins can extend through a cover portion of the casing so that an electronic substrate, such as a printed circuit board (PCB) can be press-fit onto the pins. When press-fit, the electronic substrate is supported and positioned by support pillars that extend from the base plate to above the cover portion of the casing. If the pins and the support pillars have different coefficients of thermal expansion, damage to connection points between the pins and the circuitry may occur. Here, a power module is disclosed that has thermally matched pins and support pillars so that when the system is thermally cycled over a range of temperatures, the connection points are not damaged by forces induced by thermal expansion.

The system receives a certificate from the predetermined trusted server over the network, the certificate certifying the DP accelerator. The system extracts a public root key (PK_RK) from the certificate for verification, the PK_RK corresponding to a private root key (SK_RK) associated with the DP accelerator. The system establishes a secure channel with the DP accelerator using the PK_RK based on the verification to exchange data securely between the host system and the DP accelerator.

    Abstract: Some embodiments include utilizing a multilink media access control (MAC) address structure to support multilink devices (MLDs) that can operate concurrently in more than one link such as extremely high throughput (EHT) access points (APs) and EHT stations (STA), where the multilink MAC address structure is compatible with legacy devices. An EHT AP can utilize a multilink basic service set (BSS) identification (BSSID) MAC address to communicate with an EHT STA identified by a multilink MAC address. Values of the multilink BSSID and the multilink MAC address of the EHT STA are independent of which of the multiple links are used in the communication. In addition, to utilizing a multilink BSSID, the EHT AP can also support unique link-specific MAC addresses to concurrently support legacy and MLD stations. The EHT STA can also utilize unique link-specific MAC addresses that can be different than the EHT AP's link-specific MAC addresses.
