    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to use of a Clostridium ghonii spore combined with pembrolizumab in cancer treatment. It is found for the first time that the Clostridium ghonii spore combined with pembrolizumab can significantly improve a curative effect of colon cancer and reduce a dose of the pembrolizumab, and thus is efficient and low-toxic. Oncolysis by Clostridium ghonii can affect immunogenicity of a tumor microenvironment (TME) by various ways, converts an immunosuppressive state of the TME into an immune-activated state, adjusts the immunosuppressive TME, and breaks an immune tolerance. An optimal combination of the Clostridium ghonii spore and the pembrolizumab thoroughly removes about 20% of mouse tumor tissues. A benefit range of patients with tumors treated by a PD-1 antibody is expanded. The combination even has an obvious curative effect on patients failed the treatment by the PD-1 antibody.

The present embodiments can provide methods to capture a diamond surface and internal clarity features from a diamond table and through and of other facets. Systems and methods may be used to convert gemstone dimension information into azimuth, slope, and distance information and adjust the motorized stage accordingly for surface imaging. Further, a calibration method can consider the offsets between design and actual system alignment. A calibration process can be used to compensate the offsets. Further, an additional conversion can be derived to compensate the offset caused by the geometry of the gemstone. The methods can automatically capture surface reflection images on facets of the gemstone and internal features taken through facets of the gemstone.

The NB radio may be tightly coupled with the UWB radio, for example driven by the same time source, to enable leveraged use of ACP (Acquisition Packet) for discovery, session setup, and maintenance over UWB and/or NB-assisted UWB without the use of BLE. Rules for advertising ACP and scanning for ACP may be defined for two modes of operation. An ad-hoc discovery may be based on external acquisition triggers, while a managed discovery may be based on an ongoing discovery advertisement process. ACPs may thereby be transmitted over UWB and/or NB.
