    Abstract: Devices and methods are disclosed for high power inverter modules with enhanced thermal and mechanical performance, for use in electric vehicles. The disclosed devices feature enlarged clips that cover an entire die, to distribute mechanical forces, thus preventing die cracks for improved reliability. In these power modules, semiconductor dies are sandwiched between a three-layer direct bond metal (DBM) structure and the enlarged clip. A pre-molded clip assembly can be used that includes integrated metalliization to eliminate the need for external wire bonds. Alternatively, semiconductor dies can be inverted in a flip-chip configuration to face a modified DBM structure that integrates the metallization. Simulations of the disclosed power inverters indicate improved efficiency in dissipating heat.

The low-expansion borosilicate transparent glaze has raw material composition by mass percentage including: 72%-80% of SiO2, 4%-12% of B2O3, 4%-12% of Na2O, 0.1%-4% of CaO, 0.1%-6% of Al2O3, 0-0.05% of Fe2O3, 0-2% of MgO, 0-2% of K2O, 0-2% of ZnO, 0-2% of BaO, 0-2% of ZrO2, 0-0.5% of Li2O, and 0-0.5% of TiO2, wherein a sum of mass percentages of SiO2, B2O3 and Al2O3 is 85%-95%. The preparation method includes steps of: (1) after mixing dried raw materials, melting at 1400-1540° C. to obtain a high-temperature glass melt; (2) cooling the high-temperature glass melt to 1150-1230° C. to mold; and (3) annealing a molded glass at 530-600° C. to obtain the low-expansion borosilicate transparent glaze.

The described method has the advantages of a low molar ratio of carbon monoxide to dimethy1 ether, a high conversion rate of carbon monoxide, a small gas circulation amount, low operation costs and so on.

A system to implement the instant techniques may include a system comprised of a user communications equipment and a LEO constellation. The user equipment (“UE”) may comprise a communications modem and an active antenna unit with a transmit and receive beamformer. In further implementations, the UE may include additional receive only beamformers. The LEO constellation can have a regenerative payload or bent pipe, and can include orbits at different altitudes. Methods as described herein may include a procedure by which the user equipment and LEO satellite work together to identify candidate serving satellites, and select the one that allows to meet the power density requirements to avoid interfering with the GEO satellites.

Compared with ‘Polalta’, the tobacco plant or germplasm provided by the invention not only has TSWD resistance, but also reduces or removes linkage drag.
