    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a device comprising a plurality of phase change memory cells, a word line, and a plurality of bit lines. Each phase change memory cell is coupled to a corresponding transistor. Each transistor is coupled to the word line. Each bit line is coupled to a phase change memory cell of the device. The device further comprises a programming circuit configured to program at least one phase change memory cell to the SET state by selectively applying a two-stage waveform to the word line and the bit lines of the device. In a first stage, a first predetermined low voltage and a first predetermined high voltage are applied at the word line and the bit lines, respectively. In a second stage, a second predetermined high voltage and a predetermined voltage with decreasing amplitude are applied at the word line and the bit lines, respectively.

The first data and the second data are parsed to a plurality of spatial streams, and a single PHY data unit that includes the plurality of spatial streams is generated.

A data unit that includes the field is generated and transmitted to a second device in the wireless network.

The two-dimensional image sensor can include a plurality of pixels arranged in repetitive patterns. Each pattern can include at least one pixel sensitive in a first spectrum region, at least one pixel sensitive in a second spectrum region, and at least one pixel sensitive in a third spectrum region. The image sensor integrated circuit can be configured to capture a frame of image data by reading out a plurality of analog signals. Each read out analog signal can be representative of light incident on a group of two or more pixels of the plurality of pixels.

In response to determining the first station, a signal is transmitted to the first station to prompt the first station to transmit a second beamforming training transmission.
