    Abstract: The present invention provides systems and methods for analyzing the excitation spectra of fluorescent particles in a flowing stream. The system uses a white light laser and color separation optics to provide a spatially-distributed, continuous color-spectrum excitation light system that is used to illuminate a region of a flowing stream. A particle that passes through the detection region traverses the full dispersed spectrum of excitation light, and the fluorescence emissions from the particle are continuously measured as it passes through the detection region. The measured fluorescence emissions at each wavelength of excitation light, which changes through full spectrum of the excitation light as the particle passes through the detection region, provides the excitation spectrum of the particle.

An optimum service life distribution model of a framework, a spring device, a connecting device, a wheel set and axle box, a driving mechanism, and a basic brake device of a bogie is determined by adopting a method based on survival analysis; a reliability characteristic function of each subsystem is obtained; then, a failure rate of each subsystem of the bogie is calculated by adopting a neural network model optimized by an evolutionary algorithm; and finally, proportional risk modelling is conducted by taking the failure rate and safe operation days of each subsystem of the bogie as concomitant variables; and on the basis of cost optimization, thresholds and control limits for condition-based repair of a bogie system are obtained.

A read latch circuit includes a first logic gate having a first input coupled to a read bit line and a second input. The read latch circuit further includes a second logic gate coupled to receive as inputs a first enable signal and a delayed version of the first enable signal. The second logic gate is configured to provide a second enable signal to the second input of the first logic gate. The second logic gate is configured to provide a rising edge of the second enable signal after a predetermined delay without a corresponding delay of a falling edge of the second enable signal. The first logic gate provides an output corresponding to a data value received on the read bit line responsive to receiving the rising edge of the second enable signal.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for fluid carriage in deep-seam coal hydraulic mining, aimed at the mining of coal seams buried underground at depths of 500 metres to below several thousands of metres. By means of methods such as well drilling and tubular columns, hydraulic power is conveyed to the coal seam excavation using tubular columns, to erode and cut coal buried underground, and by circulating fluid at a certain flow rate, cut coal is carried to the surface, achieving unmanned excavation in the shaft. The present method is an integrated coal exploitation technique achieving synchronous mining of coal field gas and solids, and is suitable for coal seams where conventional methods are unable to mine or mining is not economically viable, while also being suitable for establishing gasification channels for underground coal gasification.

With this method, whether a voice answer relates to cheating via recording is determined according to the degree of smoothness at a detected boundary.     Abstract: Techniques disclosed herein include systems and methods for open-domain voice-enabled searching that is speaker sensitive. Techniques include using speech information, speaker information, and information associated with a spoken query to enhance open voice search results. This includes integrating a textual index with a voice index to support the entire search cycle. Given a voice query, the system can execute two matching processes simultaneously. This can include a text matching process based on the output of speech recognition, as well as a voice matching process based on characteristics of a caller or user voicing a query. Characteristics of the caller can include output of voice feature extraction and metadata about the call. The system clusters callers according to these characteristics. The system can use specific voice and text clusters to modify speech recognition results, as well as modifying search results.
