    Abstract: A Peripheral Component Interconnect Express (PCIe) interface device may include a PCIe layer, a link training module, a PCIe register, and a PCIe controller. The PCIe layer may perform communication between a host and a Direct Memory Access (DMA) device. The link training module may perform a link training for the host. The PCIe register may store data information on the PCIe layer. The PCIe controller may switch an operating clock from a PCIe clock, generated based on a reference clock, to an internal clock, process data of the PCIe layer on the basis of the internal clock, and control the link training module to recover a link for the host, when a reset signal received from the host is asserted or the reference clock is off.

The insulator insulates an overlapping portion between the first can and the second can. The first can is electrically connected to the first electrode, and the second can is electrically connected to the second electrode. The insulator has a short-circuit induction through-part defined by a through-hole or a cutoff line, such that a short circuit occurs between the first can and the second can through the short-circuit induction through-part when it is deformed in shape as heat or a pressure is applied to contract or expand the insulator.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a copper-based catalyst for reverse water gas reaction including a gas-permeable amorphous shell formed by strong metal-support interaction. The inventors of the present disclosure synthesized a copper-ceria solid solution and then adjusted the surface defect sites of the solid solution, thereby producing a catalyst including enhanced surface defect sites and having a gas-permeable amorphous shell structure formed on each copper particle. When the catalyst production method according to the present disclosure is used, it is possible to synthesize a catalyst including a structure consisting only of very small Cu particles encapsulated by surface shells and Cu sites incorporated into the CeO2 lattice structure. When the synthesized catalyst is used in the RWGS reaction, it exhibits excellent low-temperature activity, high activity and durability, compared to conventional precious metal catalysts.

    Abstract: Described are LED devices and corresponding manufacturing techniques. In some embodiments, an LED device includes a first doped semiconductor layer, a second doped semiconductor layer having an opposite doping, and a two-dimensional (2D) array of light emitting cells. Each light emitting cell corresponds to a mesa of an individual pixel and includes at least one quantum well. The 2D array is located between the first doped semiconductor layer and the second doped semiconductor layer. The LED device further includes a flattening layer between the first doped semiconductor layer and the 2D array. The flattening layer comprises an undoped quantum barrier (QB) layer that completely covers sidewalls of each light emitting cell in the 2D array. The undoped QB layer quantum mechanically isolates the light emitting cells from each other. The flattening or undoped QB layer may also protect the light emitting cells against etch-induced defects during a mesa pixelation process.
