The power supply circuit includes a rectifier, a power factor compensation circuit including a plurality of reactors, a plurality of switches and a plurality of current detectors, a power factor compensation circuit controller to control switching of the switches and to control a power factor compensation operation, and a power factor compensation circuit protection circuit to receive the voltages output from the plurality of current detectors and to stop the operation of the power factor compensation circuit controller if at least one of the voltages output from the plurality of current detectors is abnormal. Thus, it is possible to prevent failure of the switches and the current detectors due to abnormal current.

The disclosed composition includes only an epoxy resin, or includes an epoxy resin and an acrylic compound, so as to hydrophobically modify the substrate. The composition can achieve better properties such as an increase in an ink contact angle, an ink spreadability inhibiting effect, and a wiring adhesive strength, as compared to a conventional silicon-based and/or fluorinated adhesive. Furthermore, since a conventional silicon-based and fluorinated adhesive component is not used, it is possible to perform substrate surface treatment in terms of environmental safety, thereby improving the productivity and the economic efficiency.

The robot can prevent water used to clean the window or outer wall of a building from being dropped toward a lower story. Also, the robot can run smoothly so that it can achieve a satisfactory cleaning operation without forming spots. The robot uses a turntable system, so that it can also freely change the movement direction thereof about the center thereof up to 360° without requiring any radius of rotation, to easily approach even a dead zone.
