    Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure provide a method for fabricating semiconductor device. The method includes characterizing an etch process that is used to etch channel holes and dummy channel holes in a stack of alternating sacrificial gate layers and insulating layers upon a substrate of a semiconductor device. The channel holes are in a core region and the dummy channel holes are in a staircase region. The stack of alternating sacrificial gate layers and insulating layers extend from the core region into in the staircase region of a stair-step form. The method further includes determining a first shape for defining the dummy channel holes in a layout based on the characterization of the etch process. The first shape is different from a second shape for defining the channel holes.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses recycling treatment equipment for recycling heavy metals from complexed heavy metal wastewater, and belongs to the technical field of wastewater treatment. The recycling treatment equipment includes a wastewater separation and concentration component, an oxidization and decomplexing component, an electrolytic recovery component, and an intelligent detection component. Wastewater containing complexed heavy metals is divided into fresh water and concentrated water by performing microfiltration, nanofiltration, and reverse osmosis purification pretreatment, and the fresh water is then recycled in a targeted manner, so that the equipment has energy conservation and discharge reduction effects, can decomplex and recycle heavy metals in the concentrated water, and also synchronously purifies the fresh water. The whole process has the advantages of simple operation, zero sludge, and low treatment cost, so that the equipment is suitable for being greatly promoted.

The multicomponent alloys prepared by the methods exhibit face-cantered cubic matrix and possess high strength and good ductility; further, they have high resistivity and excellent resistivity stability in wide temperature ranges below 773 K.

    Abstract: A method of combinatorial optimization using hybrid temporo-attentional branching. Variable embeddings for the variable features, constraint embeddings for constraint features and edge embeddings for edge features are generated for each mixed integer linear program (MILP) sample in a dataset. The constraint embeddings are updated by a first graph attention network (GAT) of a neural network based on an attention of neighbouring nodes using the variable embeddings, constraint embeddings and edge embeddings. The variable embeddings are updated by a second GAT of the neural network based on an attention of neighbouring nodes using the variable embeddings, updated constraint embeddings and edge embeddings. A Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU) of the neural network generates a representation vector based on the updated variable embeddings for an input sequence consisting of all MILP samples in the dataset. Variables for a first MILP sample are selected from the representation vector in accordance with a branching policy.

    Abstract: Methods, systems and media for explaining a basis for a binary inference task performed by a neural network. Binary relationships are identified between features detected by the trained neural network and data samples in which those features are detected. Sets of features providing an inference context are then identified in tandem with sets of features providing the inference basis within a given inference context. Each context, basis pair potentially provides an explanation for the inference behavior of the neural network. Human perceptible representations of such pairs are generated to explain the inference behavior of the neural network, including automatically identifying similar samples sharing both the context and basis, and automatically identifying likely alternative samples sharing the context but not the basis.
