The method includes characterizing an etch process that is used to etch channel holes and dummy channel holes in a stack of alternating sacrificial gate layers and insulating layers upon a substrate of a semiconductor device. The channel holes are in a core region and the dummy channel holes are in a staircase region. The stack of alternating sacrificial gate layers and insulating layers extend from the core region into in the staircase region of a stair-step form. The method further includes determining a first shape for defining the dummy channel holes in a layout based on the characterization of the etch process. The first shape is different from a second shape for defining the channel holes.

    Abstract: A method of treating tunnel collapse includes leveling a collapse body and moving a pavilion support under the collapse cavity, lifting a shield plate until a lower edge of the shield plate surpasses a contour line of an initial supporting arch of a tunnel, connecting a bottom column and inserting a padding plate under a column. If the hydraulic prop retracts, the column, the bottom column, the padding plate and the hydraulic prop bear a load from the shield plate. Mounting and connecting the initial supporting arch, welding the intersection point of the column and the initial supporting arch, cutting off the column in the initial supporting arch. Transferring the load of the shield plate from the pavilion support to an initial supporting shed, spraying fast-setting concrete to a grid arch to form a closed shell, and pumping filling material to fill the space of the collapse cavity.

When the connector and the mating connector are to be separated from each other, the outer shell can be rotated to cause the snap bodies to disengage and to cause the push blocks to rotate while in contact with the sloped surfaces to effect ejector rods to move forwardly to eject the mating connector.

    Abstract: A phase shifter that includes an RF splitter is disclosed. The RF splitter is arranged so that an RF input signal is provided to, and split over portions of, a feed line that connects an antenna element with a radio transmitter/receiver/transceiver, thus realizing a feed line splitter. Feed line splitters described herein are provided with switches that allow changing a point at which the RF input signal is fed to the feed line, where the switches may be semiconductor-based or MEMS-based switches. The point at which the RF input signal is provided to the feed line to be split defines the electrical path length that the RF energy will travel down each respective path of the feed line splitter, which, in turn, changes the phase shift realized at each output of the feed line splitter.
