    Abstract: An automatic coal mining machine and a fluidized coal mining method are provided. A first excavation cabin is configured to cut coal seam to obtain raw coal and to be transported to a first coal preparation cabin for separating coal blocks from gangue. Then, the obtained coal blocks are transported to a first fluidized conversion reaction cabin. The first fluidized conversion reaction cabin converts the energy form of the coal block into liquid, gas or electric energy, which is transported to a first energy storage cabin for storing. Coal mining and conversion are carried out in underground coal mines, so it is not necessary to raise coal blocks to the ground for washing and conversion, thereby reducing the transportation cost of coal, improving the utilization degree of coal, and avoiding the pollution of the ground environment caused by waste in the mining and conversion process.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a substrate-enhanced comparator and electronic device, the comparator including: a cross-coupled latch, for connecting input signals to the gate of a cross-coupled MOS transistor to form a first input of the latch; output buffers, connected to the cross-coupled latch for amplifying output signals of the latch; AC couplers, connected to the output buffers for receiving and amplifying the output signals of the latch, coupling the output signals to substrates of the cross-coupled MOS transistors to form second inputs of the latch. The cross-coupled latch is also for output signal regenerative latching based on input signals sampled at the first inputs and input signals sampled at the second inputs. The present disclosure introduces additional substrate inputs to the cross-coupled structure of the conventional latch as the second inputs of the latch.

A minority-class mining service receives activations generated by an inner-layer of a client neural network that has been trained to perform a prediction task that involves classification. The minority-class mining service generates a recalibrated activation using a recalibration neural network, and generates an anomaly detector output using an anomaly detector. From the anomaly detector output, a minority-class score is computed for the data sample represented by a received activation. The computed minority-class score is compared against a minority-class threshold to identify a candidate minority-class data sample. The candidate minority-class data sample can then be labeled and added to the training dataset for the client neural network.
