Responsive to determining that the destination target computer system is available, the received message to a physical queue component and assigning an expiration condition to the received message is enqueued. The enqueued message to the destination target computer system is transmitted. Responsive to determining that the expiration condition for the received message is met, the received message from the physical queue is removed.

    Abstract: A method and a system for testing an application across platforms. Application testing for checking functionality of an application is carried out to insure that same applications have the same behavior on different platforms. Such platforms include function, user interface (UI), and generated data. One embodiment of the present invention provides a method for cross-platform application testing. A first response to an action is determined on a first platform. The action is triggered on a second platform, the second platform being different from the first platform. Then, a second response is determined to the action on the second platform. Finally, the first response and the second response are compared to test consistency of the application on the first platform and the second platform. A corresponding system for testing an application across platforms is also provided.

    Abstract: Method and apparatus for configuring relevant paramenters of MapReduce applications. The method includes: receiving a request for processing a first MapReduce job; obtaining job feature attributes of historical MapReduce jobs; searching out a job feature attribute of a second MapReduce job associated with the first MapReduce job from within the job feature attributes of the historical MapReduce jobs; configuring relevant parameters of the first MapReduce job based on the job feature attribute of the second MapReduce job. According to this method of configuring parameters, network overheads of file transfer can be effectively reduced, the method of configuring parameters of the MapReduce job can be processed locally as much as possible, thereby effectively increasing system resource utilization while reducing the administrator's configuration burden. An apparatus for configuring relevant parameters of MapReduce application is also provided.

The modified fiber surfaces render new functionalities to the surface, such as increasing hydrophilicity, attaching ligands or changing surface energy. Accordingly, a work area of the anti-glare LED lamp can be extend the most thereof since the shades block the stray light of a glare area of the LED lamp and strictly separates the work area from the glare area, and no stray light shot into eye in any areas. Therefore, the anti-glare LED lamp can achieve light distribution as designed without glare under cooperation of the lenses and the shades.
