Abstract: The present invention relates to a surrounding rock pretreatment method for a TBM (tunnel boring machine) passing through a round tunnel section with high rock-burst risk. A technical solution of the present invention is as follows: the surrounding rock pretreatment method includes the following steps: 1. determining a pretreatment area, wherein an area in which a clear spacing between a to-be-constructed tunnel and an adjacent existing tunnel in a TBM tunneling direction is less than 2 times that of a tunnel diameter of the TBM to-be-constructed tunnel is the pretreatment area: 2. performing controlled blasting; 3. injecting high pressure water, and selecting part of blast holes I to perform cyclic water injection pressurizing; and 4, performing normal tunneling by the TBM.

Abstract: Provided in the present invention is an asparaginic acid kinase, and the 340th amino acid residue in the position of the amino acid sequence of the asparaginic acid kinase corresponding to the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 2 is a non-aspartic acid. The asparaginic acid of the present invention can efficiently relieve the feedback inhibition of L-lysine, and can be effectively used for the production of L-lysine. Also provided in the present invention are host cells comprising genes coding the asparaginic acid kinase and a method for producing L-lysine using the host cells or the asparaginic acid kinase. The asparaginic acid kinase of the present invention or the host cells comprising the asparaginic acid kinase of the present invention is also used to produce L-threonine, L-methionine, L-isoleucine or L-valine. Also provided in the present invention is a method of producing L-aspartyl-4-yl phosphoric acid using the asparaginic acid kinase or the host cells.

Abstract: The present invention provides a yieldable construction method for early releasing surrounding rock deformation on a weak toppling slope, thereby reducing surrounding rock toppling deformation risk in and after an excavation process and ensuring overall slope stability and safety of a supporting structure. A technical solution of the present invention is as follows: loosing a rock mass through controlled blasting; inducing toppling deformation of the slope by injecting water and softening a blasting relaxation part of the rock mass; determining timing of water injection by monitoring slope surface displacement characteristics of the slope; and performing a normal excavation process of the toppling deformation slope after injecting is completed. The present invention is applicable to design and construction of high slope engineering of a special kind of rocks, i.e., a toppling deformation slope composed of weak rock masses.

Abstract: Concentrations of certain miRNA, mRNA and/or protein markers in the biological fluids and/or tissues of a subject are used to determine the probability that the subject does or does not have Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). The concentrations of these markers in fluids and/or tissues are different in subjects with PTSD as compared to subjects who do not suffer from this disorder.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an access node for transferring and/or assigning network passwords. The access node includes a first interface for sending and receiving communication of a first type to and from a first node operating in a wireless local area network (WLAN). The access node also includes a second interface for sending and receiving communication of a second type to and from a second node in a mobile network, such as a GSM/GPRS network. The access node further includes a short messaging service (SMS) module for sending and receiving. SMS messages to the second node carrying an OTP allocated. Abstract: Methods for measuring blood flow speed within blood vessels using a PA imaging system are disclosed. The methods include position a field of view of a PA imaging system along a section of a blood vessel, introducing a PA discontinuity into the blood flow within the blood vessel upstream of the FOV of the PA system, monitoring the movement of the PA discontinuity during movement through the FOV of the PA imaging device, and calculate the blood flow speed using at least two measured positions and corresponding times of the PA discontinuity within the FOV of the PA imaging system. PA discontinuities may include blood surges formed by compressing and releasing the blood vessel and/or boluses of a fluid with high PA contrast relative to the blood, such as saline solution.
