The rock high-stress high-temperature micro-nano indentation test system is easy to operate, and provides a theoretical and technical system support for testing the mechanical characteristics of the rock under the high-stress and high-temperature environment in the deep region.

    Abstract: An ink composition includes a plurality of metal nanowires, one or more water soluble polymers, and an aqueous liquid carrier. Methods of gravure printing a metal nanowire structure onto a substrate are also disclosed, whereby the method includes depositing a first quantity of an ink composition into one or more cavities in a gravure plate, transferring the ink composition from the one or more cavities onto a substrate, and removing at least a portion of the liquid carrier and at least a portion of the one or more water soluble polymers from the ink composition to form a metal nanowire structure comprising a plurality of metal nanowires disposed on the substrate. The disclosed ink compositions and methods enable printing of high resolution, highly conductive metal nanowire structures.

A hydration monitoring device can include at least one flexible electrode comprising a plurality of silver nanowires embedded within a polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) substrate. Processing circuitry can be configured to measure a hydration level of an individual wearing the hydration monitoring device based at least in part on a measurement of a skin impedance of the individual. In some embodiments, the hydration monitoring device can also generate a hydration metric based on the level of hydration and display the hydration metric.

An ink comprising a nanomaterial solution is dispersed from a pneumatic dispensing system of a printing device. The 1D nanomaterial is printed in a predefined pattern on an underlying substrate positioned on a ground electrode. A voltage is applied between the printing nozzle and the ground electrode to cause the ink to form into a cone during the printing. The substrate can be modified to increase the wettability of the substrate to enhance adhesion of the ink to the substrate.

As to the ring shear and seepage-coupled apparatus, an axial piston rod is connected with an upper shear box, a torque transferring shaft is connected with a lower shear box, an axial force transducer is provided on the axial piston rod, a torque transducer is provided on the torque transmitting shaft, and a force transferring plate is fixedly connected onto the upper shear box. The force transferring plate is able to transmit a counter force for exerting a torque. Radial and circumferential seepage tests can be achieved by providing a seepage structure. The ring shear and seepage-coupled test system comprises a servo pump and the ring shear and seepage-coupled apparatus as mentioned above.
