    Abstract: The present invention provides a low-pressure capacitive tactile sensor for measuring tactile pressures in a range of approximately 0.5 kPa to approximately 20 kPa, the sensor including a first flexible electrode layer; a second flexible electrode layer; a micro-patterned, discontinuous, flexible, UV-curable in approximately 60 seconds or less, elastic polymer nano-imprinted dielectric layer; and a ground shielding layer disposed above the first flexible electrode layer and below the second flexible electrode layer of the capacitive tactile sensor respectively to minimize electromagnetic and capacitive interference. The pressure sensing range of the capacitive tactile sensor is approximately 0.5-20 kPa, the sensitivity is approximately greater than 0.12 pF/kPa. A method for fabricating the capacitive tactile sensor is also provided.

    Abstract: A ring shear and seepage-coupled apparatus and a ring shear and seepage-coupled test system for rock and rock fracture under tension or compression stress are provided, relating to the technical field of mechanical testing devices. As to the ring shear and seepage-coupled apparatus, an axial piston rod is connected with an upper shear box, a torque transferring shaft is connected with a lower shear box, an axial force transducer is provided on the axial piston rod, a torque transducer is provided on the torque transmitting shaft, and a force transferring plate is fixedly connected onto the upper shear box. The force transferring plate is able to transmit a counter force for exerting a torque. Radial and circumferential seepage tests can be achieved by providing a seepage structure. The ring shear and seepage-coupled test system comprises a servo pump and the ring shear and seepage-coupled apparatus as mentioned above.

    Abstract: A digital glitch filter for filtering glitches in an input signal includes a first flip-flop for generating a filtered output signal, and a self-oscillating circuit for generating a self-oscillating clock signal. A first logic gate enables the self-oscillating circuit when the filtered output signal is not equal to the input signal. A ripple counter generates a divided clock signal by dividing the self-oscillating clock signal. A counter and comparator counts the divided clock signal to obtain a count number and compares the count number with a predetermined count target. A second flip-flop, which is connected to the counter and comparator, generates a valid signal, which is activate when the count number reaches the count target. The valid signal is input to the first flip-flop such that the filtered output signal toggles when the valid signal is active.
