  • Patent number: 11939280
Abstract: A method for preparing isophorone diisocyanate by (1) reacting isophorone with hydrogen cyanide in the presence of a catalyst to obtain isophorone nitrile; (2) reacting the isophorone nitrile obtained in step (1) with ammonia gas and hydrogen in the presence of a catalyst to obtain isophorone diamine; and (3) subjecting the isophorone diamine to a phosgenation reaction to obtain the isophorone diisocyanate, wherein the content of impurities containing a secondary amine group in the isophorone diamine that undergoes the phosgenation reaction in step (3) is ?0.5 wt. The method reduces the content of hydrolyzed chlorine in the isophorone diisocyanate product, improves the yellowing resistance of the product, and the harm due to presence of hydrolyzed chlorine in the product is reduced.

  • Patent number: 10775797
Abstract: A method and a device are provided for a mobile robot to move in proximity to an obstacle. In the method, the mobile robot moves at a preset speed in a preset direction when it is detected that a distance between the mobile robot and the obstacle reaches a preset distance; a robot predicted moving space of the mobile robot in a next moving cycle is calculated based on the preset speed and the preset direction; and an adjusted speed and an adjusted direction of the mobile robot are determined based on the robot predicted moving space, so as to make the mobile robot move in proximity to the obstacle at the adjusted speed in the adjusted direction.

  • Patent number: 10302456
Abstract: Various embodiments include a position sensor configuration that compensates for a bias field offset. The position sensor configuration may be used for position sensing of components, such as camera components, that are movable via an actuator (e.g., a voice coil motor actuator). In some embodiments, the actuator may include an asymmetric magnet arrangement that produces an asymmetric magnetic field. The asymmetric magnetic field may include one or more bias field components that are offset relative to one or more axes. In some examples, the position sensor configuration may include one or more magnetic field sensor packages. Individual ones of the magnetic field sensor packages may include a magnetic field sensor and one or more compensation magnets. The compensation magnets may be configured to contribute to one or more compensation magnetic fields that counteract the bias field components such that the compensation magnetic fields compensate for the bias field offset.

  • Patent number: 8900522
Abstract: The invention relates to an ethylene cracking furnace having a multi-pass radiant coil, comprising at least one radiant section. In the radiant section there are provided with bottom burners and/or sidewall burners, and at least one set of multi-pass radiant coil longitudinally arranged in the radiant section. The multi-pass radiant coil is a four- to ten-pass type radiant coil. At least one tube of the multi-pass radiant coil is arranged to be spatially adjacent to a tube which is not consecutive to said at least one tube. With this arrangement, the thermal radiation influence between tubes with high temperature can be reduced, so that the tubes with low temperature can absorb the radiation heat from the tubes with high temperature. Therefore, the surface temperature of the tubes with high temperature can be reduced, thus extending the lifetime of the radiant coil and the operational cycle of the cracking furnace.
