    Abstract: A communication method implemented by a network server, includes: obtaining, based on geographical location information of a plurality of base stations, a first connection relationship between the plurality of base stations; converting the first connection relationship into a second connection relationship based on a first correspondence between geographical location information of a base station and a network element ID of a network device connected to the base station, where the second connection relationship is a topological connection relationship between a plurality of network elements, and the plurality of base stations are respectively connected to the plurality of network elements in a one-to-one correspondence; and generating a service connection configuration of the bearer network based on the second connection relationship. As a result, the service connection configuration of the bearer network can be automatically generated, thereby reducing an error rate and improving work efficiency.

    Abstract: This application provides a multicast service providing method and a software defined networking (SDN) controller. The method implemented by the SDN controller includes the operations of: obtaining target path establishment information; obtaining a target multicast IP address corresponding to target service data and a target multicast MAC address corresponding to the target service data; and separately sending a target forwarding rule to a plurality of forwarding devices on the target path. Based on the foregoing technical solution, a service server may send, to a terminal device through unicast, target service data requested by the terminal device. The terminal device may further receive, through unicast, the target service data sent by the service server. In this way, neither the service server nor the terminal device needs to support a multicast protocol.

    Abstract: A method for managing a resource object is disclosed. The method executed by a management system includes: adding a mapping relationship between a UUID of a newly discovered resource object and an FDN identifier of the newly discovered resource object to a resource object identifier mapping relationship table; receiving a first query request for a to-be-managed resource object that is sent by an application system, where the first query request is used to obtain an FDN identifier of the to-be-managed resource object; and returning the FDN identifier of the to-be-managed resource object to the application system. According to the method, the resource object in the SDN system can be managed by using the application system by slightly modifying a network management system in an existing network system and an application based on the network management system, thereby implementing smooth evolution of the existing network system to the SDN system.

    Abstract: Computer systems and methods for generating and interacting with a micro-service framework are provided. A micro-service corresponds to one or more deep link/API calls that carry out some particular function. A static analysis of an app is conducted, from one or more starting sources of the app to identify one or more valid and feasible execution paths, as well as corresponding input parameters within the app. Each valid execution path with corresponding input parameters represent a “deep link” or “API” for that app. The information regarding the deep link is collected and stored as a micro-service in a micro-service catalog. A micro-service framework is implemented that receives a micro-service request (i.e., a request that the micro-service be carried out on behalf of a computer user) from a UX client and executes that micro-service request via execution of the deep link.
