    Abstract: Systems, methods and apparatus are provided for nitride lattice support structures and double side capacitors in vertical three-dimensional (3D) memory. An example method includes a method for forming a nitride lattice support structures for an array of vertically stacked memory cells having access devices and storage nodes. The method includes depositing alternating layers of a channel material and a first sacrificial material in repeating iterations to form a vertical stack on a substrate. The vertical stack can be patterned to form a plurality of elongated vertical columns separated by a plurality of first vertical opening. A second sacrificial material can be deposited to fill the first vertical openings and cover the vertical stack. A plurality of vertical openings and lateral recesses can be formed. A nitride material can be deposited in the vertical openings and lateral recesses to form a plurality of nitride lattice support structures.

One or more colors included in the native color gamut may be mapped via a digital technique (e.g., using a DPU or other processor) to the reduced color gamut. The mapping may be configured to provide a threshold level of color accuracy in the reduced color gamut.

At least one clock is used with a first set of clock speeds when the first frame is determined to be currently transferring and used with a second set of clock speeds when the first frame is determined to have already been transferred, the second set of clock speeds being faster than the first set of clock speeds. After completion of the transfer of the first frame, the second frame is transferred based on the set of clock speeds.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method and system for multi-modal remote sensing image hybrid matching with multi-dimensional oriented self-similarity features. The method comprises: hybrid feature coarse matching is executed by rapidly extracting the image's self-similarity features using the offset mean filtering method and describing the feature points using the directional information of the self-similarity features. Through this coarse matching, an affine transformation model between multi-modal images is estimated, and an initial affine transformation is applied to the matched image. Next, the multi-dimensional oriented self-similarity feature fine matching is performed by constructing multi-dimensional oriented self-similarity template features using the multi-channel self-similarity map obtained from the hybrid feature coarse matching stage.

The gNB sends an RRC message that indicates multiple monitoring occasions in a paging occasion of a paging frame. The UE monitors a monitoring occasion of a PO to determine whether a PDCCH with a P-RNTI has been received in an unlicensed band. If such a PDCCH is received, the UE decodes PDSCH information in the PDCCH to determine whether the P-RNTI is a P-RNTI of the UE. If so, the UE avoids monitoring subsequent monitoring occasions of the PO. If the PDCCH does not contain a P-RNTI, the UE continues to monitor other monitoring occasions within the PO.
