    Abstract: Innovations for signaling state of a decoded picture buffer (“DPB”) and reference picture lists (“RPLs”). In example implementations, rather than rely on internal state of a decoder to manage and update DPB and RPLs, state information about the DPB and RPLs is explicitly signaled. This permits a decoder to determine which pictures are expected to be available for reference from the signaled state information. For example, an encoder determines state information that identifies which pictures are available for use as reference pictures (optionally considering feedback information from a decoder about which pictures are available). The encoder sets syntax elements that represent the state information. In doing so, the encoder sets identifying information for a long-term reference picture (“LTRP”), where the identifying information is a value of picture order count least significant bits for the LTRB. The encoder then outputs the syntax elements as part of a bitstream.

The method also includes receiving bundling information and redundancy value (RV) information for an uplink channel transmission and corresponding uplink channel transmission repetitions. The method includes transmitting the uplink channel transmission with inter-slot bundling and frequency hopping and based on the bundling information and the RV information. The method further include transmitting an uplink channel transmission repetition of the uplink channel transmission with inter-slot bundling and frequency hopping and based on the bundling information and the RV information. The PDCCH may include a total downlink assignment index (DAI) and a counter DAI for hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) feedback of the PDSCH. The total DAI may indicate a total number of pairs of CCs and slots for the HARQ-ACK feedback. The UE may encode the HARQ-ACK feedback to include a bit that indicates whether the PDSCH is successfully decoded. A size of the HARQ-ACK feedback may be based on the total DAI, and a position of the bit may be based on the counter DAI.

    Abstract: A preparation method of Antrodia cinnamomea water-insoluble dietary fiber. After ethanol and water extraction, Antrodia cinnamomea wastes are dried and superfine-comminuted to obtain Antrodia cinnamomea waste powder. The waste powder treated with NaOH solution containing NaBH4 is extracted it twice to obtain two extracts. The two extracts are combined and an appropriate amount of glacial acetic acid are added for neutralization. The extracts are centrifugalized and precipitate is collected. After washing the precipitate with ultrapure water, the precipitate is dissolved with LiCl-DMSO. The precipitate that is insoluble in the LiCl-DMSO solution is dialyzed and freeze-dried to obtain the water-insoluble dietary fiber component ACA-IDK of Antrodia cinnamomea. The LiCl-DMSO solution is subjected to ethanol/DMSO fractional precipitation, and then the precipitate is collected and dialyzed. The water-insoluble dietary fiber component ACA-DK of Antrodia cinnamomea is obtained after freeze-drying.

    Abstract: Methods and apparatus are disclosed for a UE and its serving base station in 5G NR systems to signal channel scan or channel sensing to allow channel occupancy time (COT) sharing before transmissions. The COT sharing may be initiated by the base station or by the UE by asserting a CCA indication to enable channel sensing by a UE or base station, respectively. When the UE receives and decodes the asserted CCA indication during downlink transmission, the UE may perform channel sensing during a short interframe space (SIFS) between the downlink transmission and a scheduled uplink transmission. When the UE detects that the sensed RF energy across an intended transmission band is greater than an energy detect threshold, the UE may refrain from transmitting during the scheduled uplink transmission. Otherwise or when the CCA indication is de-asserted, the UE may transmit during the scheduled uplink transmission without performing channel sensing.
