  • Publication number: 20230180310
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some systems, a user equipment (UE) may attempt to establish a data session with a base station. The UE may transmit one or more session request messages including one or more route selection descriptors (RSDs) to the base station, and the UE may determine a successful RSD that may be compatible with the network based on a session accept message received from the base station. The UE may store the successful RSD at a location in memory for use in future session establishment procedures. For example, the UE may go out of service, and may re-acquire service with the same network. In such cases, the UE may transmit a session request message including the previously-accepted RSD to re-establish a data session with the base station.

  • Publication number: 20230093744
Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, devices, apparatus and methods, including computer programs encoded on storage media, for reducing gamut mapping luminance loss. A gain value of at least one primary color may be reduced in a native color gamut based on an analog technique (e.g., using a DDIC in a display panel) to provide a reduced color gamut that is smaller than the native color gamut. The reduced color gamut may have a same luminance as the native color gamut. One or more colors included in the native color gamut may be mapped via a digital technique (e.g., using a DPU or other processor) to the reduced color gamut. The mapping may be configured to provide a threshold level of color accuracy in the reduced color gamut.

  • Publication number: 20230073736
Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, devices, apparatus and methods, including computer programs encoded on storage media, for reducing a DPU transfer time to compensate for a delayed GPU render time. After completion of rendering a second frame that follows a first frame, a frame processor determines whether the first frame is currently transferring to a display panel or has already been transferred to the display panel. At least one clock is used with a first set of clock speeds when the first frame is determined to be currently transferring and used with a second set of clock speeds when the first frame is determined to have already been transferred, the second set of clock speeds being faster than the first set of clock speeds. After completion of the transfer of the first frame, the second frame is transferred based on the set of clock speeds.

  • Publication number: 20230074876
Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, devices, apparatus and methods, including computer programs encoded on storage media, for delaying a DSI clock change until there is no new frame update, so that a smoother user interface may be perceived. With more specificity, an apparatus may receive a request to change a speed of a clock for displaying a frame. After receiving the request, the apparatus may determine whether two consecutive frames (e.g., a current frame and a prior frame) have a different layer configuration. If so, the request to change the speed of the clock may be delayed until a new set of two consecutive frames are identified with a same layer configuration or until the delay period reaches a timeout limit.

  • Patent number: 11339556
Abstract: A device for obtaining water from air on an island includes: a concentrated solution air water obtaining system, a solar collector, a dilute solution dehydration system, a heat pump system, a solution heating system, and a water purification system. Humid air is introduced into the concentrated solution air water obtaining system, which performs a heat and mass transfer into a dilute solution and relatively low-temperature dry air. This air is used as interior fresh air. The diluted solution is heated by the solar collector, delivered to the dilute solution dehydration system, and sent to the solution heating system for heating and evaporating into water vapor. The water purification system cools, purifies, filters and stores the water vapor. At the same time, the heat pump system introduces heated humid air into the dilute solution dehydration system to recover heat contained in the heated humid air, and to extract water.
