    Abstract: A light emitting display device and a driving method thereof are provided, in which a luminance difference occurring in a boundary between a fingerprint scanning area and a non-fingerprint scanning area is not perceived by a user. The light emitting display device can include a display panel including a display area where a plurality of pixels is provided to display an image. The display area can include a first area, a second area, and a boundary area disposed between the first area and the second area. In a case where the display panel displays a predetermined image pattern, each of pixels in the first area can emit a first light having a first luminance, each of pixels in the second area can emit a second light having a second luminance lower than the first luminance or cannot emit any light, and the luminance of pixels in the boundary area can be progressively reduced from the first area to the second area.

    Abstract: A method for fabricating a layer structure in a trench includes: simultaneously forming a dielectric film containing a Si—N bond on an upper surface, and a bottom surface and sidewalls of the trench, wherein a top/bottom portion of the film formed on the upper surface and the bottom surface and a sidewall portion of the film formed on the sidewalls are given different chemical resistance properties by bombardment of a plasma excited by applying voltage between two electrodes between which the substrate is place in parallel to the two electrodes; and substantially removing the sidewall portion of the film by wet etching which removes the sidewall portion of the film more predominantly than the top/bottom portion according to the different chemical resistance properties.

The mold contacts the substrate between the first electronic component and the third electronic component. An encapsulant is deposited into the second opening. The encapsulant flows through the first opening to cover a second side of the substrate. In some embodiments, a mold film is disposed in the mold, and an interconnect structure on the substrate is embedded in the mold film.
