The method includes identifying at least one object included in an image being displayed or to be displayed on a user device, obtaining relationship information of an identified object based on identification information of the identified object, and outputting the relationship information to at least one of the user device and a device of the identified object.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for providing information related to broadcast programs are provided. According to an example, objects are detected from broadcast scenes and keywords. Each of the objects include an object name and information regarding the meaning of the object, are generated. Then, scene sections are set based on the keywords and related information is searched for each scene section. The related information identified by the search is synchronized with the corresponding scene section and then provided to a user.

Abstract: A nonvolatile memory device and a programming method thereof perform a programming verification step including a selective verification step and a sequential verification step. In the selective verification step, a data input/output (I/O) circuit selectively precharges a selected bit line according to a temporary programmed state of stored data. In the sequential verification step, the data I/O circuit selectively precharges each bit line according to the result of the previous selective verification step or a previous sequential verification step. According to the programming method, because a memory cell not requiring a programming verification step is not precharged in the programming verification step, an ON cell current does not flow therethrough. Accordingly, the current flowing through a common source line during verification can be reduced.

Abstract: An apparatus and method of receiving broadcasting content and generating program summary information corresponding to received broadcasting content, and an apparatus and method of providing the generated program summary information are provided. Real-time broadcasting content may be received through a tuner of a program summary information generating apparatus. The program summary information is extracted from the received real-time broadcasting content, and may be stored and provided to a user via a display unit. In view of the program summary information, a user may understand, for example, the flow of the broadcasting content, even if the user missed a part of the broadcasting content.

Abstract: An apparatus and method of segmenting video content received in real-time is provided. Video content may be received through broadcasting or communications, and the video content may be segmented into scenes which are a series of semantic segments. A normalized-cut algorithm may be used for scene segmentation of video content. The normalized-cut algorithm may be applied for detecting locations at which a scene segmentation cost is minimized, and to decide a scene segmentation location based on the appearance frequency of the locations. If captions related to video content are received, a text segmentation algorithm may be applied to the captions to estimate text segmentation costs and scene segmentation may be performed using a merged segmentation cost obtained by linear merging scene segmentation costs and text segmentation costs.

Abstract: Provided are a flash memory device and method of controlling certain program operation voltages. The flash memory device includes a high voltage generation circuit providing a high voltage to a block selection circuit and a program voltage to a row decoder. The high voltage generation circuit includes a charge pump, a high voltage control circuit controlling the charge pump to provide the high voltage, and a program voltage control circuit providing the program voltage in relation to the high voltage, wherein the high voltage control circuit and the program voltage control circuit operate in response to the same control code.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for generating additional information about moving picture content, including: comparing image feature information about each image frame in moving picture content with image feature information about each image frame in web information, searching for an image frame in the moving picture content, the image frame matching the image frame in the web information, determining location information about the found image frame in the moving picture content, and generating additional information by use of the determined location information and the web information.

Thus, the method can be used to rapidly and efficiently browse the plurality of news programs.

Abstract: Provided are method of storing broadcast contents, a method of displaying stored broadcast contents and an apparatus therefor. In method of storing the broadcast contents by analyzing the received broadcast contents, grouping the contents that are similar to each other, and arranging the contents sequentially in time, the method includes classifying a broadcasting signal received from an external broadcast contents provider into an unit segment of a first item, determining at least one keyword representing the first item that is classified into the unit segment, storing the first item as a sub-ordinate item of a first sub contents group according to the determined keywords, and arranging the first sub contents group including the stored first item sequentially in time, so that the progress of specific broadcast contents can be easily identified by each time slot.
