  • Patent number: 5800839
Abstract: A plastic magnet injection molding machine comprising a pair of exciting coils respectively embedded into a fixed plate and a movable plate along with respective seats and a metal mold including ferromagnetic central members and non-magnetic peripheral members is provided. With such an arrangement, the machine can anisotropically process magnet powder with enhanced efficiency by energizing the coils. Both the fixed plate 2 and the movable plate 4 of the machine are made of ferromagnetic metal. The exciting coils 7, 8 are respectively embedded into the plates at the oppositely disposed sides thereof along with the non-magnetic annular seats 9, 10 surrounding the respective exciting coils. The fixed mold 12 and the movable mold 13 of the metal mold 11 of the machine include respective central members 14, 15 made of ferromagnetic metal. The central members 14, 15 of the fixed and movable molds are respectively made to abut corresponding central portions 2a, 4a of the fixed plate 2 and the movable plate 4.

  • Patent number: 4972099
Abstract: A sensor card includes a signal card substrate in which are mounted a sensor for sensing an external physical phenonemon and for converting the sensed physical phenomenon into an electric signal. An integrated circuit processes the output of the sensor and stores the sensed value represented thereby in a memory. An output terminal outputs the sensed value stored in the memory of the integrated circuit. The sensor card can be adapted not only to store signal-processed detection values but also to have a function for subjecting these signals to computation or evaluation. The stored data can be read out to an external unit in the form of a signal through a physical contact or magnetically in contactless fashion.

  • Patent number: 4733304
Abstract: This system relates to a technology for inputting picture data from a manuscript using a layout scanner. When inputting picture data from the manuscript, a layout sheet is set on position data input device such as a data tablet to obtain a specified point on the layout sheet and position data including a trimming range. The position data is delivered to a display together with the picture data. Displaying the picture data and the position data superimposed with each other, the position data is visually confirmed and a necessary correction is made. Another method is to record position data into a recording medium e.g. floppy disk etc. to allow a layout scanner to output the picture data by applying an exposure process thereto on the basis of the recorded contents of the recording medium.

  • Patent number: 4115607
Abstract: Shaped aluminum bars fresh from an extruder machine are coated with a specific organopolysiloxane composition while remaining uncooled and staying at temperatures not lower than about 250.degree. C, or at a temperature between about 550.degree. and 250.degree. C. The thus coated aluminum bars are then, preferably, subjected to annealing. The coatings formed on the surfaces of the aluminum materials have a superior resistance to attack by chemicals, weather, stains and heat as well as excellent adhesion and mechanical properties.
